For that type of recovery, you're talking about court orders to dig out the data from whatever server, wherever it is, and likely knowing a lot of detail on specifically what you're looking for, from whom and when. Not to say it couldn't be done, but it's going to be another year+ long archaeology expedition to find these SMS chains.

That’s exactly my thought. Government mobile devices have an extra level of security Ike Knox or Mobile Iron. The texts can be recovered from the carrier. (Which have a security level certification to provide services to the US govt). Or via security services for the device itself.

It proves that the manufacturers are price fixing. Inflation is just another word for deception. Prices are going up because we heard it on the news and from around town. Sure, the pandemic affected some industries who were unable to work because they were sick or in quarantine or their businesses weren't conducive to safety measures (tourism, crowded events, movie theaters, etc.). But most of these price increases have risen out of greed and dishonesty.

I'm not sure how TX thinks that clear backpacks are new. As so many have posted elsewhere, many districts started doing this a couple decades ago. It does seem a bit paltry of solution, though, when you watch videos of some of the worst incidents and realize that many of those events were not current students. Instead, the perpetrator walked boldly into the school with little attempt to hide their intent. But, hey, let's put the responsibility on the kids.
