You don’t necessarily want to level too fast. Once you can get to the Tower, stop doing too many quests that give XP. The Tower is based on Team Level, and beating level 50 of the Tower everyday is better than leveling faster than your guardians and getting much lower rewards.
Well, join a guild and have fun are two pieces of good advice. I thought leveling up my team would be good, but it made the Tower almost impossible until my characters caught up with my team level... Had to watch someone else's tip video to get that nugget.
Lol! Here’s a really good tip for all beginners. If you wanna really play this game (and unlike me, who’s never missed a free energy given out 4 times daily) and you wanna be the best and play when you want - SPEND HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Easy. You level up to the top right away, you get the best heroes and buy the best titans and skins, and easily defeat a daily player like me who is too broke to buy my way through. Good luck!
Totally agree with this.have been playing everyday for 2 months and my teams are around level 80 and I feel stuck. Any progress I make is meaningless when someone can just come along and pay the get the progress I made in a matter of minutes. All because they have money and wealth. Make me feel like they have privilege over everyone else.
D3v14nTW4RH34RT I’ve been playing for over 5 months. I just reached level 100. I complete every task every day, get the free treasure every day, get all four 60 gold each day. My hero’s all together are ranked 113, my titans are ranked 155, and I’m at rank 111 in the dungeon. I haven’t drawn a single elite titan soul stone since the second week of playing. Not one. I’m a general playing on a bottom gold level/top silver level team, so I get at least 3 draws a day. 700+ draws and no elite titan soul stones. Must take $$$. I’m at level 100 playing against players way below me who have all 3 elite titans. WTF? Anyway, I love my guild, and despite this flaw I will probably keep playing, but it’s getting harder each day to find the willpower. I give this game everything and get shit back. Good luck.
I am around level 80 and have been for about a month now and the willpower to play is only there because I watch some things on nextflix while I carry out my daily routine. I am in a guild that can get to gold league but we never get anywhere in it because of the pay to win people.
D3v14nTW4RH34RT Yeah, what you gonna do? If you drop $10 you get to move up to be able to have instant wars. It’s sucks to pay but it cuts the time down from five hours a day to 30 mins.
I sadly have felt pressured into paying x amount to get the quick battles so I can play to keep up to a standard for the guild and so I feel I am achieving something sobeit small. What am I gonna do is try to continue playing the game until my willpower breaks or to the point I get so fed up with it that I will just abandon it for a few months or all together. What would make the game more fun and how to improve it? Something I have thought about enough to understand this... The amount of grind in this game would be a lot better if energy didn't exist and it was playable via a pc Web browser/app. Think about it, if energy didn't exist and the players want to level and their characters then they can choose to do so for however long they wish to grind it out. In turn that would mean there would be more concurrent players playing which should be better for the devolpers etc. I know that the company needs some form of income as it is a free game. They can still get that from people buying skins, new characters and other things like that which would make as much difference compared to people who can buy their levels and stats who dominate over those who are restricted by energy to get the items they need etc. There may be a few other things that I haven't thought about like how to earn enough gold etc but I am sure that would be an easy fix by adjusting how much gold and the diminishing exp return earned on each mission.
note to beginners, once you reach level 70+ it becomes a pay to win scenario. it takes months to level characters to where you want them even if you play everyday.
Absofrickinlutely! No you don’t have to pay to win but by the time you could have won a couple weeks ago, now you can’t because someone else leveled up by paying and you can’t beat them. If you want into the strong guilds, it takes too long to do it naturally. It’s a lot less fun at chapter 8 when you stop moving through the world unless you pay. Competitive heroes take money.
It kinda is pay 2 win. It's that or work on your team for over 6months to get to a point where you can start to partake in strong guilds. Yes you can work on your teams and heroes over lengthy amounts of time however when someone with money can come along and spend X amount on their heroes and they are at the same level as you within hours then it is pay to win from my perspective. All the effort I have put into my game feels pointless because I have seen players do what I have just said.
The guild merchant exchange needs to be changed because its useless as it is. Its actually backwards. It's set up now to exchange silver guild tokens into bronze, instead of the other way around. I have approximately 570 points that cant be exchanged at all.
When playing a level to collect a fragment piece why is it that you don't get it after completing the level more then often? Is there a special criteria you have to meet in the level to get it? It's frustrating because I waste so much energy trying to get these fragments to make my team stronger and I just get them at random if I'm lucky. Can anyone explain to me why it's like this?

Some great tips in this video. You'll never make it to the top unless you spend at least a little, but it's free to play, not free to win. I don't mind dropping a few bucks here and there for the developers, and I really like digging out the lore of this game.
Don’t listen to this video. You do not want to increase your team level too rapidly. You need to max out your hero levels and skills at each team level before you advance. Otherwise you will take it up the *** in the Tower, never have gold, and always struggle to win. And the girls will laugh at you.
Tip #6 bring lots of money because it this game is expensive even if you have $50 a week to spend on it you go no where fast and if you get into a gold league guild you will get kicked out because you can't keep up. The makers must have millions by now but they want more 4x the gems this week but only packs you haven't bought before because they are to expensive.
These tips are useless. Basically just playing the game tells you all these things, literally it tells you to play in the arena and join a guild when you unlock them by levelling up.
