@@johnblunt1313that's the problem though, they do something, but what they do is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Or they don't do anything and that's also a problem. Our society tries to address symptoms. Not underlying causes. That's the problem.
@@johnblunt1313I’ll answer that.. 1st of all the NFA is an unconstitutional act and secondly the ATF is a weaponized federal agency being used in failed attempts to disarm lawabidingcitizens using “rules” that have the consequences of laws to imprison good people (unconstitutionally)
I had a professor at MSU denver, Andrew Traver, who absolutely despised the fact that citizens had rifles and other types of arms. He worked at the NCIS and BATFE for wayyyy too long and he always talked about Waco, Fast and Furious, and other ATF involved incidents as if they were jokes and not total failures. They do not take ANY sort of responsibility for what they have done or still do
@@NA-sb7xzif we all stay quiet on these obvious points. WE WILL LOSE. If we are vocal, some people might hear, some people might not know why. Rather than infighting, we should ban together to educate people.
Most people want to hear about the insider details of Ruby Ridge’s shotgun, Waco’s machine gun, Matt Hoover machine gun, Bryan Malinowski, Las Vegas shooting weapon analysis, bump stocks, shoe string machine gun determination letter, firearm registry, weaponization of the AFT against the people of the U.S., etc
They designed it intentionally to tax us unconstitutionally regulate us unconstitutionally into extortion slavery all while they target a few real criminals when theyre not framing non criminal americams as crininals for constitutionally protected activity disobeying theyre tyranny. But theyll catch a real criminal once in a while to pretend theyre useful and not totally evil most of the time surely thays what theyre skilled at
I agree. Problem with that, is that whoever steps forward with that info will be destroyed by the Government machine. And they won’t even try to hide it. They don’t care anymore. Not only are there no consequences for destroying law abiding citizens lives, they get promoted for doing it. What have you got to lose as a bad-actor ATF agent when everyone from the agents boss all the way up to Merrick Garland will support the agents bad acts?
Yeah when did everyone forget the ATF requested and paid for sawed off shotguns. ATF was invited to come look at the firearms and stuff they had at Waco. They said no thanks, then they said he's hiding and modifying machine guns. Malinowski=premeditated murder Was there a suspicious connection with LV shooter with FBI or ATF?....
It’s about creating new criminals. They’re in the business of weakening the 2A, incrementally destroying personal freedom, and as a byproduct, creating a new criminal class (us), and empowering the true criminals who never gave a fuck to begin with. As proven with F&F under Obama, they do not reduce gun crimes, they actually increase it, and the only doors they kick in are as of yesterday law abiding citizen’s that become criminals today by virtue of some arbitrary ass regulation they impose on us such as the ban on arm braces on pistols suddenly considered SBR’s…🙄
It's self generating bureaucracy. They target easy targets like honest people who make mistakes vs the career criminals. Career criminals will fight back, honest people don't.
It's never been about rights it's about perception And a manufacturers ability to sell his product don't you get it more laws yet more guns in the hands of perceived enemies and perceived righteous it's about sales arming both sides. Cha Ching that's what you don't hear or care to hear that's some kinda right don't you think laws fix nothing when man thinks he's righteous.
The liberal judges are now using that the 2a only says "keep and bear", does NOT say "buy, sell, or trade" to justify upholding restrictions on sales. Just like Canada now is prohibiting sales. You are going to hear much more of this when Kamala Hyena gets elected. Look for an Executive Order banning sales just to make the Supreme Court rule on it, just like with the Biden Student Loan Forgiveness plan.
Supressors cant be tax stamped permissions slipped tyranny items. I blew my right ear out shooting because they dont let us easily get them and im not paying 200 redcoat tax stamp to have it
The former jackboot traitor said "it used to be 18 months to get a silencer, now you're complaining about a week?!" First of all, many of us are not seeing this 1 week even as an individual eform. It's still ridiculously slow and shouldn't exist or take over 1 day, period. Secondly, 18 MONTHS TO GET IT APPROVED?! At that point it is beyond incompetence and just some person denying your silencer for as long as they can out of spite.
In the 80s I went to the Sacramento Air Show, they had an SR-71 parked there with armed guards so you couldn't approach it. It was so hot on the airfield (120F+ with no shade anywhere) that the armed guards let the large crowd of people sit underneath the SR-71, so we could get shade.
I was fortunate enough to see the SR-71 as a kid at the Moffett Field Airshows, had a poster on my wall I got there. Inspired me to join and work on jets later on.
First time I saw a Blackbird was at an air show at March AFB (I think!); the SR-71, and a TR-1 (U2), were on display, but in a hanger. Something about satellites….. and living in California when the SR made the speed run to DC, I heard the sonic boom, although it was more like just rattled the windows a bit. It was to far to really hear it. Years later I visited it at the Smithsonian. Kinda like seeing an old friend you haven’t seen in a while.
I have seen videos with Rick before. He is super technically in the weeds like a lot of firearms enthusiasts. He was quick to dismiss things like Bump Stocks, FRTs and Binary Triggers as NOT being machine guns- something that just recently we saw ATF get its wings clipped for trying to regulate without approval from Congress. He is a guy that works within the system. People like him keep the system from overstepping. Of course the system itself should be fundamentally altered or dismantled, but Rick is a good dude.
The more I look into ruby ridge... The more self inflicted that whole situation looks.... Yeah the government did not handle it perfectly. But I also think that those guys shouldnt have skipped their court date. It was a stupid charge that wouldn't have made him a felon.
I was standing in a gun store in Prescott Arizona when a large transfer for Fast And Furious was happening. The look on the owner's face said it all. It was not good.
We're complaining about a week now? How about there shouldn't be a wait time at all. That's the point. Our constitutional right is our constitutional right. Everyone saying they have respect for this guy? I guess all my fellow Americans are missing the point here. And as much as Collion preaches against this, in the same breath, he just agreed with it. 1 - it doesn't take a week to get SBR's and silencers. It takes months. 2- If I can't walk into a store, especially with my concealed carry license, and walk out with what I paid for, it's still infringement. This pod cast was disgusting.
And not even an explanation. I've heard the process is the same as NICS (in which case it should be just as quick), while others say there's something else. What something else? Why bother having an "insider" if he's just going to self-congratulate and tell stories instead of answering the big questions?
Yeah like them blaming ffls when they lost the bunch of guns in operation fast and furious but a bunch of bs, they like politicians that you know they lying g cause there mouth moving
I keep thinking these "I saw a Form 4 Individual come back in 1 day!" is a trap to increase more Form 4s. Everyone I know has multiple NFA items, constantly putting in for new cans, nobody has had the quick turnaround yet.
SOT FFL employee here. I agree, it should be a same day process and silencers shouldn't be on the NFA. I have seen an average turnaround of 22 hours to a year still, with my last two Form 4's coming back in 36 hours and three days respectively. My last Form 1 came back in three days. But the caveat is your mileage will vary and for no logical reason other than "the ATF demands you wait".
The employees who improve the processes are of course due our thanks, but no one should expect the public not to complain when the process shouldn’t exist in the first place. If we start making them turn in paperwork each time they want a paycheck, then get the processing time down from 120 days to 4, should they be happy?
He is institutionalized. I was similarly structured in my thinking when I first got out of the USMC and stopped working for the government at all. It takes a lot of years and abuse from the government to change.
That doesn't mean we shouldn't talk to him, we should show them the error in their logic and the stupidity of their arguments. Other antigunners refuse to even hold a conversation about guns they will yell about them being the devil, but they won't actually hear us out. We need to take every opportunity to educate these misguided individuals.
@SeanBook001 Did you hear Collion trying to educate him? Not at all. At one point, he somewhat agreed with him regarding the wait times. If I need to try to convince anyone regarding our given rights, then there is something mentally wrong with that person. Trust me, he knows what the Second Amendment says and means. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
He spent his career violating the constitution. Anyone who put a supressor or stock on a gun without paying taxes gets raided these are evil people in this agency
I tried to start an FFL earlier this year and the AFT was able to find some underwritten thing in our HOA contract and shit is all down. I couldn’t get that information after months of trying, they got it on a few days.
It's weird that if I want to be in the constitutionally mandated, let alone protected firearms business, that I have to enter into a relationship with a known and well-established criminal organization that murders people, murders its own whistle blowers, threatens it's own good employees, and kills people with no due process of law. Doesn't feel right or lawful at all.
Grew up in a tough place. Learned about 10% bad guys in the neighborhood. Most families had families barely surviving financially. Strong father, supportivel mother 2 or 3 kids who followed the rules or else. People mechaniced on other people's cars. The guy good at electrical did your electrical problems. Neighbors worked with neighbors. Poor people stick together. Most in my neighborhood hunted for meat. Most families had guns and gardens.
Proud to have worked with him on some projects. He truly knows his craft. He helped my company in importing a firearm and he helped us every step of the way. He truly is a master of his craft.
@thomasray9830 That's just word salad mickey mouse, and you know it. I wanted a particular firearm to be sold in the US, and I needed help in importing it. Sending an application to the ATF and state dept. with only a copy of the constitution is NOT gonna get it done.
@prdubi it should only require that, they gov made it require all that paper work and bureaucracy, do you enjoy all that? How's those imports of kalishnikovs from Russia or Zenico parts? Oh wait those were banned by the gov in 2016
You can still buy a class 3 machine gun in a state where it is legal . But you will pay a high premium because the machine guns are limited to what was registered up to May of 1986.
Sir, I have followed you for a while, not commented, but followed, this was the best you've done in my opinion to date... Thank you...extremely informative
back in '91 I was driving in n. cali and stopped at a highway rest stop. parked at the rest stop was a "wide load" truck convoy. on 3 flatbeds was a disassembled SR71 Blackbird. I've seen one taking off before, but this one we got to walk around the parts close up. awesome beauty.
I had a few dealings with the ATF when I was a police officer. The impression they left with me is they are borderline incompetent and absolutely lazy.
I went through that ATF PRISON with my first suppressor for about eleven months! Now I have two more stuck there since January! It is pure bullshit and incompetence or possibly intensional.
The sr71 is the most beautiful machine that I have ever saw. I saw my first one as an early teen and I actually had tear in my eyes as I was walking around it. This was a very informative pod. I cannot wait until he comes back.
I'm still fairly sure NFA branch started doing their job, because the ATF needs to be able to say in court "look we aren't infringing, it only takes a week, these people are just trying to avoid a tax, which we will kindly refund".
Great interview with great and relevant information! I too love the SR-71! From 4th through 8th grade I lived in Lancaster, CA near Edward’s Air Force Base and would often see it fly accompanied by 1-2 chase planes. Awesome sight! For the longest time, there was an SR-71 outside and in front of the air and space museum in at Balboa park in San Diego. Fantastic sight!!
It broke the windows at Joshua elementary school when I was a kid just from the loudness, wasn't going supersonic. It had just taken off from Plant 42 and headed North over Lancaster, probably headed up to either Edwards or Beale.
This is the most informative, entertaining, and just plain fun podcast I’ve ever watched. Thank you and thank the guest for sharing such important information with us. 👍🏾
It is much easier for ATF to change rules to essentially create their own new law. Then go after the previously law abiding citizenry. Going after real criminals is kind of scary and dangerous.🤔
My last one was over 16 months. I just wanted the Maxim9 so our ears don't get blown out hiking or as a camp gun where you're not going to have time to don ear pro.
@@LRRPFco52 that’s freaking horrible. 16months???? They should have to pay a penalty to those whose backgrounds go over a designated time frame. If I don’t pay my taxes within a timeframe I’m penalized AND pay interest. This whole “RULES FOR THEM, and NOT FOR US” mentality needs to change.
Better move to the South where the cops are family and would never follow them orders, we all kept working with no mask when COVID hit the only people around here that wore mask are still wearing them
The reason people are "complaining" to get their suppressors in a day is because, we shouldn't have to effing ask in first place. Eff 4 days and eff 1 day, how about right after I pay for it.
*of the ATF Some folks who hold a grievance against most government branches, were wronged whilst working for them. That’s literally how character development is made.
I dont trust him. But more than that what matters is that i dont trust the atf as a whole entity in terms of violations of our constitutional rights. Illigitimate.
Colion, you may know this already but one of, or maybe the, SR71 flight simulator is located in Frontiers of Flight Museum at Love Field. I remember seeing it there a few years ago. Quite impressive.
The SR-71 can be viewed at not only the Smithsonian in DC, but the bone yard next to Davis Mothan air Force base in Tucson Arizona. It's crazy to think of all of the tech that went into it, look in the cockpit and its all analog, nothing digital!
There's nothing you can do to ever make me love the ATF, even turning them into a footnote in history. They are nothing but a curse and a stain on our Nation.
On the SR-71 and other super cool aircraft: There is the pre-Air Force version of the SR-71 (that the CIA operated) called the A-12 Oxcart. - - There is one on display in Huntsville, Alabama, right off I-565 at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. (Great museum) You also need to go to Dayton, Ohio, to the Wright-Patterson AFB museum. There's an SR-71 on display.... and MUCH, MUCH more that's worth seeing. One of the two Northrop YF-23 ATF prototypes is at a museum at Torrance Airport (near Los Angeles) Of course, there is also the Smithsonian museum and the anex in/near D.C.
There is no such thing as a 'former' alphabet agency employee. Tired of seeing all of them admit corruption and actual criminal activity from/by them with no repercussions.
Hey Colion , this was n Awesome interview , that Dudes been there n done that !!!! Incredible hour of information that I enjoyed learning , this is one of the best interviews I’ve ever had the pleasure to watch 💥💥🔫 Thank you from Commy Ct.🇺🇸
We should respond to anyone trying to disarm us that we should disarm the government an see how they feel about that taste of their own meds lol (completely as a joke)
