I like the subscription idea. Dave mentions 4X/yr frequency for comforters. How about other high margin household items (drapes, area rugs)? Also, can't believe (or maybe I can believe) this video only has 82 views. Dry cleaning is a shrinking category, but it's so fragmented that any dry cleaner owner can grow their business by growing market share. Am I the only one that wants to make money?
