Would be interesting to hear about laundry lockers, - automated lockers where customer can register his or her account, drop and take their items. We've been operating 4 smart lockers for about 4 years already.

14:10 We tried subscription model, and explaining their pros to customers is a giant hassle. In a year we've offered them, only 5 customers actually signed up to that service.
