This was a fun match up. I agree I think the Clandestine would have disabled the ship. Probably sensors, all their engine systems, then send over security teams to take back the ship and secure it. Then tractor it back to the nearest Starbase. I love the look of both ships. Especially the Polaris.

Hey Retro, I love your videos and they have inspired me to get the game and try out these mods myself. I followed your tutorial of the Remastered installation, and have successfully done so. I’ve also downloaded the Legacy mod using the same method. However, when I tried to play the Legacy mod, it seems that the only ships available were the default vessels from the original game. Do you know potentially what I did wrong, and how I can go about fixing it? Please don’t ever stop making these videos ! They are very entertaining! Thanks!

@@skylarsayers2429 if you installed the Legacy mod onto a fresh BC Install, odds are you need to enable the Mutators on the option screen (sometimes BC likes to deselect Mutators)

@Retro-badger-gaming Remember the search for spock and in trying to disable the oberth they caused it to explode instead? That is what I was suddenly reminded of. I was expecting a clip of a Klingon getting vaporized due to a "lucky shot"

(There is a reason for the different colored phasers on the Clandestine... I reenabled the dummied out Phaser points on the original Hardpoint File while updating the mod, and it didn't occur to me to adjust the color values.😂😂😂😂😂)

The section 31 ship has a Sovereign Class/Protostar like vibe to it. While certainly not sexier than the Sovereign Class, it does look pretty interesting.

They were both pretty tough ships. Though since I never liked Section 31, I was rooting for the Polaris, even if it had been stolen by Darth Helmet and his first officer Sanders.
