This is a Prime Universe Section 31 Starship. It is interesting comparing this ship to the USS Vengeance form the JJ Universe.

In 2013 I remember seeing the Vengeance on Admiral Robocop's desk. I thought "holy crap, what is that?!" (just put a model of a top secret vessel out there for all to see 😆). When they got a report of a "strange vessel" approaching, I knew who and what was coming. Aside from its painfully slow torpedo launchers, that ship was devastating with just phasers. You're right, the Deimos is an impressive design. Definitely Section 31 looking.

That was so funny how he just had it on his desk. Probably the equivalent of having a Stealth Fighter casually on your desk in the 1970's! The Vengeance was ridiculously powerful!

I can see how a Bottle Opener with a cloaking device could be problematic...especially after that 8th bottle 😉

😲oooh oh my..lol. love the ship style and textures every thing.. wow.. Well Section 31 always has good stuff. lol. look at the base in Picard 3..lol WOW.. Admiral.. I am surprised. well the JJ ship yes was wicked.. one reason I love it.. and this ship hmm.. still did good.. very nice battle and ship.. !😊🖖*lol sorry for the cloaking mishap.. You and me both bud, and all they'd need to do is pull thee bottom nacelles off the Nimrod! How much easier can it get??? I pray we get it when the S31 movie drops. That and the Hou Yi Shiva variant.

It looks amazing.. Excelsior/Vengence That Synth ship vibe tooo and many more ships! Avance torpedo discovered to be affective against borg and used later on with the Defiant and Sovern class!

I got to admit this ship is pretty cool looking. I like it a bit more than the Vengeance. Maybe put this ship up against the Scimitar.

It may stand a chance against the Kobayashimaru Scimitar, but the Remastered one would destroy it in 20 seconds! 🖖. The Kobayashimaru Scimitar isn't that good, it just cloaks and is pretty weak :-(

When you said that it looked like a Crossfield, my inner voice went " Wrong, clearly there are elements of the NX-01" As for the power reserves. 6 impulse engines = 6 fusion generators

Really good job on this ship Greystar. It's slick looking, the design follows lore, I love the texture details and I even think the power level is right on for both the lore and timeline without being too powerful or too weak. If I was forced to find an issue, then I might point out that quantum torpedoes aren't likely to be on the ship simply due to the lore not supporting it, not because it couldn't be developed at that timeframe but rather that there were other warhead types which were more powerful and useful against ships of that era and quantum torpedoes were somewhat developed as a more specialized anti-borg weapon.

The deimos could be my next favorite ship. I like the design of it. I wonder how it would look like in the TOS style, since ita a discovery timeline ship

ST TNG era DS9 was about 2300 to 2400m.... The USS Vengeance (JJ Abramsverse/ Kelvin Timeline era) was approximately 1500 m almost the size of a SW ISD....

Looking at the Deimos Class and Dreadnought Class together proves that....Discovery would've worked better as a prequel series too the J.J Abrams films. To bad at the time Viacom CBS & Paramount were still divorced so that couldn't legally work.

Section 31 has been blown out of proportion by Kurtsman. Talk about missing the point. They were the space version of "No Such Agency", not "Evil starfleet". They weren't supposed to stick out like a sore thumb and I'm pretty sure they didn't have their own ships. Regular starfleet couldn't even tell who they were. Having their own ships and uniforms kinda' gives it away, don't you think?

there is no way this has any form of quantums. the tech is just too advanced for the era. it wouldn't even have been on the drawing board yet.

According to the DS9 tech manuals Quantum torpedos were theorised/experimental mechanisms in 2236, which would put it at the start of the TOS era however the first warhead test wasn't until 2355 which is the same year Picard lost the Stargazer in battle about a decade before he took command of the Enterprise-D
