Is mortgage by conditional sale is clog on redemption.but mortgage by conditional sale section 58c. Say if mortgagor default in payment on certain date sale will be absolute on the fevor of mortgagee, please reply

sir, if you say right of redemption can by defeated by 'act of the parties' as per the proviso; so then how can you say right of redemption cannot be defeated even if the mortgagor makes an agreement to the contrary- wont that constitute an 'act of the party'?
