Thousands of security forces are mobilised around Manila for the upcoming ASEAN Summit. World leaders are set to arrive in Manila on 12 November 2017 for a summit hosted by the Association of Southeast Asian Nations that are expected to highlight territorial disputes in the South China Sea, North Korea's nuclear threat and new directions of global commerce.
