shame the security shot an employee. The employers of both men need to be held responsible. The security company for shooting an employee picking food up at the gate and the dead mans employer for hiring the security company. We'll see what comes up in court but imagine being mad someone pulled up to your gate to drop off food for an employee.

I use to work security in the past at a warehouse (Unarmed) and whenever delivery came by. I would take care of getting the food to whomever ordered. That's when everyone there trusted me only. And sometimes offer me a piece. This was uncalled for.
And what if he wasn't being tough? what if the guy at work pulled a gun first and got shot? We're jumping to a lot of conclusions without knowing any of the facts.

im a trucker and i go thru lots of checkpoint type security guard booths and most are laid back but sometimes they are different and i notice this and im very careful with my words , but the reality is it shouldnt be this way, ya they are there to keep out intruders but mostly people who are workers or truckers have to put up with the power trip

I worked security for years. I worked with guards that are uptight but never had heard a guard talk crazy to an employee. The degenerate mindset of some people in the D is sickening. 🙍🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
So something doesn't make sense the girlfriend wanted to bring food up to the building for her boyfriend. So instead the boyfriend had to drive down to the gate. And he had a illegal gun and his mother said he didn't use it. He just drove away and crashed so she is going by what his girlfriend told his mother. So could he have gotten out of his car with his illegal gun and got shot for it??
Probably a fly-by-night, very bad security guard agency. DPD needs to look into the company. Did anyone notice the illegal RED and BLUE flashing, oscillating lights on the security vehicle in this video footage? That should be one big red flag right there. Yellow or amber lights are for security, red and and or blue lights are for law enforcement only!
Some of those security guards dont pay attention in class and cheat on their exams..my school had cameras during the exam .. We are trained not to use excessive force and how to deescalate a situation.....now if that was a dog that bit him, i can justify him shooting but this officer needs to be punished...being an officer myself, i must say that makes us look bad😢😢😢😢
The company is trying to dodge responsibility by saying that the killer isn't an employee of theirs. But he is acting as one on their property and armed in that capacity. Lawsuit time. They knew about this dangerous guy. Everybody did.

I love how companies try to pass the responsibility by saying "a third party security company" but guess what? They were working on your property and getting paid by your company so you are just as responsible.

Her son was wrong bringing a gun to work is crazy he could've killed everyone in that place but when them cameras get looked at it will be over for her as standing here playing the victim she used to work there she knows the rules im not surprised her attitude was bad to very hot headed but i honestly feel like she wants a check and thats sad she should've raised her son better

How much you want to bet the security guard doesn't even have a valid license? Sounds like the employees complained and the company did nothing about the aggressive guards.
