Its is a request if u r reading this comment please guide me Mera 23rd may ko bilateral blockage and overy drilling ki surgery hue thi and immediately 24 may ko mujhe periods aaya and mene proper seed cycling start ki PCOD issue k liye and properly mujhe june 24 ko periods aaye and bleeding hue only 2 days and then it stopped so i started with second phase as per the process and days and again luteal process follow krte waqt mujhe 7th of july ko periods ho gye and sever heavy bleeding hue till 27h of july so i Stopped using seeds for that periods consultation k baad doctor ne medicine prescribed ki and again i started this process but this time im following moon cycle Question is k agr suddenly 1st phase k bchme periods aaye to humne stop krna hai ya 14 -14 days k seed process k according khana hai please guide me can't take appointment as in in india please guide atleast k aise situation kya krna hai

I'm going through delayed periods so my periods get 10 to 15 days late so anybody tell me that if i get my periods on 1st date and i will take flax and pumpkin seeds till 14th date and switch to sunflower n sesame seeds till date 28 so then should i wait for my periods to come and then again start taking pumpkin and flax seeds or i should start taking on 29th???
