I know this comment is 11 years old and you probably have kids and a wife and a mortgage by now but TECHNICALLY since he's tuned down the chords are- Csus2 and Bb and Bb7 🤓
@@MrParkerman6 Its in drop c. All the strings are from high to low: D A F C G C I played along with it on my guitar in that tuning. Requires same chord shapes. It's funny how you call him horrific names and insult him like crazy, when you're literally also wrong... Fucking idiot ;)
i remember being in NY at the time they played this live on the radio, thats when i realized seether is actually a pretty talented group, props to them.
Ok, I have witnessed this a lot recently while watching live or acoustic versions of songs. With older fashioned, awesome bands, like seether, evanescence... The live versions, the singin sounds no different to the recorded, but with now days pop singers, which are trashy and everyone is all over, listen to the live versions. The recorded ones are so much more edited. I'm 13 and I notice this. Thumbs up if you agree that we need rock to become more known.
i found seether only by chance on youtube; THANKS GOD!!! I love them!!! AND: Special the acoustic versions because of the clear instrument sound and the Fucking AMAZING Voice of the Singer!!! ( I'm sorry for my bad english. I hope that i choose the right words in english for my thoughts)
A buddy of mine is the gm of a bar here in Houston and said when they came through he and this dude partied. He said he was cool as shit. Also, this version blows the original away. This is fantastic.
Well the biggest reason for the pop stuff being so "fake" is because their music is literally created in the studio. Where as musicians and artists like shaun morgan write most of their music on acoustic guitars. I respect all of the forms of music being a musician myself but I have my favorites. But groups like seether and staind are some of the best this generation has to offer for sure
fur sure dude. most the time it's the simplest things that sound the best. but only the best can make simple stuff sound like this : ) great transition from electric to acoustic. both are great
My Favorite Songs are Fine Again, Remedy, Truth, Walk away from the sun, Weak, but he does so good at Nirvana Covers. The closest to Kurt ive ever heard. Not dead on but close hes got the rasp
@deezznutzz09 Ive been looking since the origional version came out.....there are no correct tabs out there so the best way to do it is to watch the live preformances....and the tuning is "drop c"
@blobbymoo You miss my point. Well, partially, at least. While that may be true, tomorrow will be a new genre of pop, and the day after a new one yet. pop in itself is not a genre of music, but a category for what's popular. It is literally short for popular. What is pop today might suck, but take solace in the fact that Nirvana will always be remembered, while today's pop will be lost in time, replaced by what will hopefully be good music by the next generation :)
I totally agree. And for noobs who can't understand German. He said, yes, Seether is the best band in the world. And by the way, I've never studied German. I'm from Sweden. I just understand it for some wierd reason. But German is like Swedish in many ways.
idk why everyones doggin on you and giving you thumbs down. i too love the heart- rushing, fast paced version as well. this song just doesnt sound good slow. some are ok in acoustic and electric, but this one just has to be done electric.
i agree but some people are cowards and they want to hide their selves or something and they live in a dream world. If a parent doesn't want a kid to see something thats their job to watch their damn kid
