@@choruzvargas4009 Where is your channel, apart from stupid sayings i don't see anything. Before you let your envy run wild, make it better. Have a good time.
I was an apprentice trained sheet metalworker when we made a pattern we normally made the bend 5 and two halves pattern because the pattern could be used for a 90 bend 75 60 45 30 15 degree bends
Exzellent. Als ich mir den Prozess der Teilemarkierung ansah, erinnerte ich mich daran, wie ich an der Universität einen Kurs in Darstellender Geometrie und Technischer Grafik belegt hatte
I live in Turkey and no craftsman here will teach you how to do the job because they always want to be the wanted man. The craftsmen here think that if they teach you how to do it, you will take away their business and that's why they don't teach you. I learned how to cut and make an elbow template in just three days, I wish your videos had a Turkish option.

Lot of work to make one segment elbow. At the end it looks like done by automated machine with no human hands involved. How much time it takes for you to make one like this normally with "no camera" ? Great job!
Just discovered your channel. So much good stuff. I notice a number of hand tools I have not seen locally in Australia. Can I suggest you think about a video featuring them? That little scratching tool and the squares with flanges in particular. Where would we get those?
Hi sir do you have a sheet metal worker books i'm very interesting to know all layout i am sheet metal also but my experience and knowledge few for fabrication
Got one question about radius of the elbow or pricisely how to measure it when i can see the pipe and then im coming back to the work shop to make it? Do you measure it in the throat from weld to weld or is it a measurment from the axis of the pipe? Thanks and keep it up mate. Love waching your videos
Good morning, thanks for the very good video, could you tell me the name of the tool you use to mark the iron, with which you marked the long edges, thanks.
One question, the 5 millimeters margin, should I leave it on both sides or just one side? In the detail specified at 10:53 in your video. Thank you very much in advance!
The 5 mm is for both sides you have 2swages but on the layout I only show it for one side (half) so wenn making your template you have automatically for both sides
I like your lesson. for Romania, i don't understand where 100millimeter comes from min 2,15, for D= 200mm, what value do i add to dn. Is a T elbow possible? Thank you.
Thank you. To understand that we have an elbow with d=80 with 50mm insulation for which we execute an elbow d=190mm. About the execution of a T what answer do you give me? I want to build a rocket stove with thermal mass. @@Sheet_Metal_Workshop
Hei als ik een hele grote bocht moet doen en alles gedeeld door 5 doe om de schets klein te houden. Kan ik daarna de 7 getalen maal 5 . Kom ik dan op het zelfde uit
Hi For example if the pipe is 89 mm and the insulation is 115 than the diameter is 319 round of 320 What I do is diameter 320 divide by 2 + 30mm makes a radius of 190 a 3 segment bend That’s an alternative Works mostly but not always
This is the regular school way from the book There are more ways to make a bend I know But if you like to share or show your knowledge your welcome To join Insulation Master class on Facebook
Dude. Your laying out a gore 90. I’ve done 90s as long as a truck. This is so complicated. There is a much better way to do it. Been doing industrial insulation for 18 years my friend
Hi great videos as always have asked before when making valve boxes no you show Swager for joining boxes together in video but could you show the wheels you use on the Swager as can't see them clearly on video cheers
Hi , There i was searcihing this from morning and found you. thank you very much it help me to under stand the fabrication process. Thanks again , it was a quite help, thanks again for sharing
That tool you inserted into the holes to hold the swag instead of using screws would you be able to tell me what it’s called or even better link me please? Fantastic video and very detailed, keep up the great work 😬
Thank you sir for good explain. And I want to know big size elbow how I do like 8” or above.and also long reduce or short reduce .I hope you explain in next video. Thanks
Hi I always enjoy watching your videos. Please advise on how to cut PIR pipe sections insulation to fit on a 90 Degree elbow. The insulation is a double layer 50mm + 50mm and the joints must be staggered. Could you make an example pipe OD 219mm. Long radius elbow 1.5D. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Hi, will make a segment bend out of metal and use it as a template pull it over the PIR pipe and cut it left and right so I have a seam in the throat and in the back ( 2 part), and repeat the same with a bigger segment where the seam is left and right so you have it staggered only in the circumference on the finished segments, I hope I explained well
Pie 80-120= 00 130-180= 0 190-230= 1 240-300= 2 300-400 = 3 410- 500=4 Ovo je odprilike Sve zavisi kako ko sihnu stavi Važno da se ne raspadne kad sastaviš segmente
