Seiko doesnt provide tool in the package, maybe they should, however i am happy to provide you one for free with purchase, if you bought it from me i can send you One.

No Seiko does not have that on most watches unfortunately!!!

@@mimoswatches it actually has. I bought mine Seiko Bruce Lee SRPK39 in AD and both warranty card and manual was included inside box where the watch is

the lume is present but it takes a lot of light exposure to get it glowing, and the glow is very very weak and fastly fading
