seiko tuna is just masterpieace from seiko, its looks unique, something rare, all other divers watch from all brands looks the same, like chines copies rolex submariner, so in my opinion tuna is seiko unique brands and the best looking seiko divers watch.. when put tuna on wrist you automaticly feel like a profesional diver and you want to dive in some deep sea!! the real dive watch!!
Seiko should start paying you. Was never into Seiko. Most of my dive watches Oris, just bought a PADI Samurai, PADI turttle and baby Tuna online after watching your reviews. Cant wait for them to arrive
hello I love your reviews on the Seiko Brand watch. I think that you know you're stuff! great to see that you are a Seiko Brand guy. looking forward on some new Items to show off.
Some are saying that this is not actually a Baby Tuna as it is much bigger at 52mm versus the Baby Tuna at 48mm also has a different case, shield and lugs. I have seen it being called the Scallop or Jumbo. What do you think?
definitely ! i saw somewhere someone did it (but not with this model) it was the 1st time i 've seen a metalic shroud for the baby tunas (not the stock ones..)
really nice ! i watched again lol i like the hands too i wish i have those in my srp653 ! i like the silicone strap but i want a stainless steel bracelet and don't know which one i should get yet.. i like shark mesh, the monster one too or even a oyster style and wonder if the one on the turtle/padi /sumo match with my baby tuna special edition.. Peace from France, and keep up the good work !
Thanks! I really like the SRP653 also, and it's a great price right now with some sellers for those who might be looking for one😊👍Congrats on having that one! Cheers, thanks for watching
These are very rare now and probably one of the most underrated Zimbe LE models that ever was produced. It’s beautiful. If you’re lucky enough to get one congratulations! Thanks for watching 😊
I liked the other ZIMBE's more. I simply wish they were available in the US at retail prices (not the crazy ebay listings). I never understood the Tuna or baby Tuna. I do not get the outside thing, and I do not care for the monster-style bezel.
Great review i think is little boring all time limited edition watches to based in standard design watches...seiko must design new limited edition watches different than the basic editions.
I hear you! I believe they have some new stuff coming soon. I'll keep my eyes open and do my best to keep you posted of the latest stuff😊cheers, thanks for watching
Hello! It's a rare limited edition so generally speaking a reasonable price is hard to come across in the west.😉 For this one it will make sense looking on eBay👍 Good luck!
Nah, seikos do a bad job with their dials. Just need a basic sunburst blue dial like the orient mako blue. (Artifice horoworks skx does a good aftermarket mod on it). But seiko always go for flat grey dials - really annoying. The blue pvd bezels look a bit gimmicky and child like.
OnlineBackupServices yea yea but i said that because i've noticed that it's not the same you 'll find on mine (SRP653) mine is titanium coated (the bezel) and crown, and idon't know you call it but under th shroud it's polished and brushed stainless steel..
just because it has different finishes does not in itself make it beautiful. In fact if there are too many different finishes it makes it look cheap and tacky. There are just too many different colours and finishes on this watch which makes it ugly and tacky. Gives it a cheap feeling. Sometimes you get too sucked into a brand and you drink their cool aid. You just like something because it's a limited edition and you dont stand back and objectively ask yourself whether it it would warrant it's demand had it been an unknown sterile dial watch.
