Wayne Knight is an acting genius. While Kramer guides Newman like a puppet to get him to argue and he gets less and less confident as the owner of the store gets pissed : "make us...make us!!!" Brilliant.

Very good point about getting the students to explore this interactively in school without going on field trips. However it should be a supplementary to field trips. Seeing the real thing is hard to replace.
