Something you might want to try during the seizure that has helped me is put on a weighted blanket. It seems to help calm my nervous system. It's not 100 percent effective but it seems to calm me down faster.

I love how your dog is laying and comforting you from these seizures. A few minutes I had a slight episode just a bit of shaking not as bad as the one I had a couple weeks back and it was enough that my dads orange cat named Boots woke up from his sleep when he noticed the slight shaking he looked at me and gave me a slow blink like it’s ok bud I’m here. Then the cat went right back to sleep. I don’t see this cat everyday but he does look after me like your dog when I have seizure/ asthma episodes. They truly care about us

You dear sweet child. No one should have to go through such anguish. I breaks my heart to watch this video. There was someone when I was in middle school who would have seizures and no one knew what to do when it happened. They would tell everyone to leave the classroom till it was over. That was many years ago as I am 65 years old now. All the best to you and keep fighting. Hopefully the medical profession will someday find a cure. God bless and keep you. Have you ever had reiki done on you? It's an energy healing, alternative therapy thing, and I believe in it, I do it on people and see results. I feel so bad for Angie having to go through these so often. I had a good friend all throughout my school years that had epilepsy, and she had the grand mal seizures. It's very scary. I wish there was something that could be done to rid you of having them! I'm glad you have a loving family and of course Corey,to help you through! I hope you recover from your flu very soon! I’ve been a fan for a long time and this has been so helpful and inspiring because since 29/12/23 my seizures got very bad on the 7/1/24 I experienced my first non stop seizures in my entire life but were aggressive then on 22/1//24 I was having seizures like normal but 9-12 it was exhausting and I’m not yet managed. It changed me to be a positive person and more happier person and make more out of life

I haven't seen you in ages, I recently have been suffering from seizures and remembered you, it's traumatic and painful last night my husband helped me through one and I nearly bit my tounge off, and peed myself , my heart goes out to anyone suffering from these as well

I just now have seen this video. I am so sorry you have to deal with this. I have dealth with this since I was 13 years old. I, now am 57 years old. I feel for you and others who deal with this. There are many who suffer from these problems. I really love that you have loving parents and you pets. They can be of great help to you. I have come to realize signs and feelings before my problems start. I see many of the same reactions in you. One of my main fears if after, I feel afraid or even terrified. I have come to realize as a adult, the touch of my wife when she just holds me, calms me. There are many other factors also. I try to minimize my stress level, that has really helped me. I also really love Isaiah 41:13, this also calms me so I relax. Take care, be safe.🙂

Poor kid , how did this start , I truly hope this goes away is there any possible way this can go away I just happen to come upon these and it’s like so heartbreaking. Sometimes it looks like they can’t even breathe.

My father has severe epilepsy as when he was 8 he got his head smashed into concrete which caused the head trauma and triggering. Its scary. He falls and his eyes roll back as he shakes uncontrollably on the ground. I hope your feeling better ❤

Hello ANGELIQUE, Idk if u have noticed or not but I've been noticing since 2023 to present that when ur about to go into one of the bad seizures ur eyes dilate so huge sometimes u can even see the Iris part of ur eye. Is that just part of the seizures or could that be an important detail to maybe pay attention to?? Was just curious 🤷 MUCH LOVE❤ FROM COLORADO

One of my coolest friends had a severe and dangerous seizure where his left eye got so swollen, he ripped and bit his lips to the point of bleeding so much and had bruises on his arms and back due to injuries he had of having a horrible and terrible seizure

Im trying to get off keppra from alcoholic seizures. Haven't drank in 2 years and wanna get off keppra now. Neurologist says im not epileptic after 2 tests. Last year i when i hit 1 year booze free i had a seizure coming off keppra. Imma taper slower this time.

Is it true that having these seizures do some damage to the brain each time ? And i sure hope they will find a way to help this young woman.
