Selaco MIGHT be the best game ever? 

I'm quite certain that it's against TOS for Oboe to play a good game.

The fact that this game was made using a heavily modified Doom engine is nothing short of tech wizardry.

One thing you need to understand quickly is that you WILL take damage during fights, you'll be driven mad if you try to make it out of encounters without loosing health. This ruined my first few times playing Selaco since I came from playing doom mods, but once I realized Selaco didn't play by those rules I enjoyed it a heck lot more.

This game looks so much better than something hyper realistic. If you like this check out Ion Fury, it's made with the duke nukem engine instead of doom, it's just as good if not better. Really cool secrets, and all the levels are connected, you can backtrack. Hedon Bloodrite is another one made with gzdoom.

Every boomer shooter should have an optional floor line waypoint these days. I don't have time to be lost wondering around in a maze in games anymore.
