As a former real estate trainer and business coach myself, I have to make a pause here and applaud. I have very rarely witnessed such an articulate presentation on this topic and with such an engaging tone. This lady is top notch in knowledge as well as ability to convey ( which is not a given). I have subscribed and I will from now on keep you under radar...LOL!
I’m in Florida also but I’m in a little bit of a different situation. I work for an investor. I’m hired full-time to rent only his properties. My leads are very quick and then they are gone so I need something that can auto populate from the various rental websites I’m also trying to automate the office. Would love to talk to you or get any suggestions?
Thank you for the video! How much experience do you have with property management software that have built-in CRM features? I've really liked what I've seen of DoorLoop so far but am open to recommendations!
Thanks for the video :) I already use a good CRM for real estate, but it's always interesting to learn something new. I use Flowlu and I think that it's the best CRM for real estate in 2022. I mean, it's a god one because it has more than just a CRM module, but also accouting, project management and a client portal. Client portal is a must-have for agents because it's so much easier to communicate with clients
