Thank you for continuing to normalize the need for self-care and providing these tools to assist me, among others, in customizing a self-care kit that is uniquely comforting to me in my journey. The five senses are so grounding and I definitely want to make one. Even as you address stress, I thank you for continuing to exhude love and good energy you spread like playful, child-like bubbles across the sky! 🫧🫧

I really love this idea. I'm juggling a lot right now while I'm going through a lot in my personal life at the same time. Last night I got even more stressed when I got bad news from a friend and it sent me into almost an anxiety attack- I was feeling rally overwhelmed and like my thoughts were racing and I couldn't calm down and I was even physically shaking a little. I went to this self-care app that my friend recommended me and did one of the breathing exercises for anxiety, and after about 4 minutes of this, it really helped me to feel better, but I love the idea of having this kind of box around next time something like this happens. I think since I tend to dissociate a lot (I've been diagnosed with DP/DR), I'd like something physical to do with my hands like a fidget toy or something rough or scratchy that I could run my fingers across to sort of bring me back into my body a little, and I think I would put a candle in there or something for scent. Anyways just thinking 'aloud' lol. Great video, love it!

Love this kind of content, Mere, even if it doesn’t get as many views as music reactions. I’ve never thought of making an actual kit but I do have things around me that can help with self-soothing, usually fiddle/fidget toys. I have a phone charm which is always accessible to me. It has beads on it in my favourite colours and flowers and the textures are both smooth and rough. Sometimes looking at it and feeling it is all I need to feel calmer and it doesn’t look ‘out of place’ so can be used in public.

unfortunatelly not even holding an ice cube in each fist till it melts completely, burning my hands, helps me out off panic attacks...
