Usually what works for me, is if your being chased / followed. Kick out your girlfriends knee cap and use her as bait, then run as fast as you can and don't look back

I've been a huge advocate of never be a creature of habit, always be somewhere else, even driving to work or home take different routes each week, when I use ATMs always my bank but at different locations great info here as always 💪💪💪

The problem I have with this type of information is that the overwhelming majority of us do not live in a war zone, or around the corner from the most violent gangs in our city, or anywhere that you have to prepare for this. I am a 60 year old man, I've been in the military and worked for a major airline and traveled all over the world. I've lived in several areas of California, both Los Angeles and Orange Counties over the past 30 plus years and the last fight I was in was in 8th grade, and that was with my best friend at the time. I have never been mugged, never had my house broken into and have never had to worry about my wife getting to our car to call the police for any reason. So, I'm wondering who is asking these questions that these videos keep being made for.

I don't understand some of these questions regarding the what. If scenario whether you should be wearing a gi in some of the comments but your methods are the most realistic and practical common sense ideas I have ever seen it's about preventative measures to avoid very bad situations
