30 days of listening to this tape starting 4 August 2023 - Day 1: I’ve been listening to this tape for a while now and I want to be consistent with it. I feel more energised, hopeful and generally positive after listening to this. Tuning into my inner self is easier. Day 2: My reactions to unfavourable situations have changed in that they are more positive. I feel good about myself. Day 3: Skipped 3 days in between but I’m back on track. I feel great. Day 4: I feel so soothed listening to this and I’m glad that my inner conversations are improving too 🥹♥️ Day 5: Checking in hehe Day 6: Still going strong. I love myself more and more everyday. 🤠🎉 Day 7: I had a particularly rough day today and I’m here to feel better. I can say after listening to this that I do. Day 8: I’m so glad I listened to this even though I was really sleepy. I trust that it’s helping me evolve for the better. Day 9: Checking in Day 10: Listening to this right after waking up. Feels good Day 11: Checking in Day 12: Still here and I’m so much kinder to myself these days. Grateful Day 13: I am so much more forgiving towards myself and others around me. I have more to do in terms of inner work but I’m so glad this is such an effortless gateway into feeling whole. Day 14: Checking in Day 15: Halfway there 🧚🏽 Day 16: Present Day 17: Still here. Need it extra today. Day 18: Here to harvest the goodest vibes since I’ve been struggling with some negative emotions lately. Only up from here 🐣 Day 19: Listening to this before I sleep. Day 20: Playing this in the background while I’m going about my business works so great! Tuning into my I am-ness more and more. Day 21: Marking my attendance once again 🤠💛 Day 22: We meet again. I feel at peace every time I listen to this. The positive energy is palpable. Day 23: Still here & still, here

Where is no body like Louise? I have been listening and loving and learning from her tapes sent the early 80s. She is the total package with both content and soothing voice and continues to help the world after her passing.

Good day I started this book when I was 14 I read and reread then I lost it during my young adulthood picked lose it or someone would take it which was fine you jist know when someone needs it more then u as it can be replaced it saved my life in many ways especially with the positive mind frame and strong mind to overcome my sexual assaults I faced as teen 💚💙💚

Please why did you cut from the original cd all the 4th musical part ? It is the most important and active one, as described Louise Hay at the beginning of her tape, because it is the one with the subliminal informations, the exacts same phrases are given inside the music plaid, on a subliminal level, to help us integrate better what our conscious mind refuses. I really appreciate your video share for the spoken parts , when Louise Hay says her positive affirmations, it is really helpfull to ear for improving a better life, but the last musical part was also a must share. Thank you anyway for having share her beautiful work, she was such a marvelous beautiful person, and she has helped so many people in the world to live a better life.
