This workshop is about learning how to develop self-esteem and helping you to appreciate your power of choice by introducing you to new perspectives and wise truths, such as:
• There is no such thing as a small choice;
• You are always making choices, even in your sleep;
• Even your choices continue to make choices long after you’ve forgotten them;
• One clear choice, no matter how insignificant you might think it is, can redirect the course of your life in the blink of an eye.
Recorded in Sedona, Arizona - February 2-5, 2017

I love your closing phrasing, " I have what it takes to acknowledge that I can see below of what is visible", paraphrasing of course. Thank you.

"....the most significant passage in the history of civilization" yes, many of us 'get' the truth of Caroline's words here..... and i am so grateful for the many people who carry the LIGHT who are guiding and supporting ..... the exquisite pain of a transition in which all is changing. Thank you for your words Caroline. The Divine Fool is the one who will survive this transition (not talking about the body- ha)

Giving up what I see, hear, touch, smell, and taste is as easy as getting rid of my lobes & cortexes and rods & cones. And yet the Real world which I can only remotely comprehend has a way of making itself known to me ... for I am of It and It is of me.

I know what she means. If you bear with me, I will provide an illustration. In my tenth year of schooling i.e. including pre-school and kindergarten, I took an elective subject called Commerce. I stuck with it through school (always taking the highest level of difficulty). I then studied Economics & Accounting at university, then a post-graduate qualification in Applied Finance & Investment. I also worked for over a decade in this field. I always excelled in study and at work. All-in-all, I was formally involved in the financial world for 18 years. It is long enough to know that that entire field is misguided. Perhaps the shortest explanation I can give is this: ever hear or read the claim that people are short on money? Individuals are short on money, families are short on money, local councils and organisations are short on money, state institutions are short on money, nations are short on money. Yes? Okay, then consider this: we humans have more money today than we have ever had. Ever. In all human history. To argue that we are short on money plainly flies in the face of reality. Relating this back to the video here, what Caroline Myss (who I have never met or communicated with) says is true. Money, even moreso than matter, is little-nothing more than a mechanism. It is only used by us i.e. humans. For more than 93% of our history, it did not exist. If we humans have problems (and we do), a lack of money is not one of them. See? This is one example I know of which illustrates the truth to what is being said here. I am able to broaden the issue. What is perhaps most instructive for me today is what I did *not* learn during those 18 years of study and work: the etymology (origin/history) of the word 'economy'. It is from ancient Greek meaning 'management of one's house'. If one wishes to write about 'the world economy', the house is planet Earth. What, however, do we hear from Presidents, from other politicians, from business "leaders" around the world, from government bureaucrats, from universities, from journalists and the media etc.? That the needs of the environment need to be quote, "balanced", unquote with the needs of the economy. Rubbish! It is framed as if the environment and the economy are at odds. Not only is that not the case, if ever there were two matters which were intertwined, it is the economy and the environment. Economics is about looking at a proposed operation and seeing if or how it can operate in the location where it is being proposed. In all this, it is essential to remember that if planetary history is compacted into a 24-hour time period, we humans first *appeared* at 2-3 seconds to midnight. Give a nod to our caveman ancestors at 11:59:57pm. That is how one sorts out one's priorities in economic terms. Okay, returning to the video once more: yes, it is related to self-esteem. It is difficult, and I have crashed a handful of times now (in very bad ways), when you try to bring your humanity to an issue which essentially ignores humanity. It is frustrating when I know that 99.99...99% of what I am dealing with is artificial. I have faced setbacks in ways which I find peculiar. Yet, I also know that those setbacks - in part - stem from the view that land can be claimed as private property. Think about those 2-3 seconds to midnight again. I am straddling two worlds: the world that is and the world as it could be i.e. as it actually is a la this presentation. My ability to straddle these two worlds depends on my self-esteem and where the world goes from here. You may wish to read books such as 'The Ascent of Money' by Niall Ferguson or 'Life Inc.' by Douglass Rushkoff or 'Confessions of an Economic Hitman' by John Perkins or of course 'Anatomy of the Spirit' by Caroline Myss (which is how I first heard about her). The 'End the Fed' catchphrase of the Occupy Movement is something worthy of pursuit. In the meantime, do not be scared - especially not of the claims that we do not have enough money for this or that. Anyone who claims such a thing is caught up in an increasingly unhealthy mythology and, in this case, one which is entirely artificial - and >99.999% false. Consider this: even for most of money's short history, charging interest was not done. No-one did it. On any loans issued. Even when administrations began expanding (itself problematic), one of the earliest prohibitions was charging interest. Did humanity stop functioning for those first tens of thousands of years? Not only did our ancestors function, *that* was when we spread to all areas of the globe. No interest rates, no banks, no regulatory authorities, no money mint, just legs, hands, bodies and the will to do so. Not that I favour space exploration - at least not until we have shown ourselves worthy of being able to stay on Earth. That, at least for me, is a baseline.
