Why is this self belly massage interesting? 🤔
The belly massage allows to act
☑️against belly pain (bloating (swollen belly), painful periods, endometriosis etc...)
☑️against constipation. It sometimes unblocks the situation ;)
☑️on the Diaphragm muscle and therefore breathing: the colon has anatomical links with this muscle!
☑️on lower back pain! And yes there is a close connection between viscera and the lower back. When you have a blocked back, self-massage of the belly can be a good idea :)
In short! Belly massage is very useful 🤗! Still, you have to know how to practice it correctly.
