After the self-massage of the belly (that I presented to you last time), I propose you to do 3 exercises to continue to relax the belly.
Their purpose is:
👉 To act on bloating (deflate the belly) and constipation.
👉 To make more flexible the belly.
👉 To decrease the pain of belly.
👉 To relieve the lower back by relaxing the viscera.
In this video, you will learn how to do a Diaphragm muscle massage, stretch the belly using the principle of muscle chains and evacuate the gas contained in the intestines through the frog technique :)
