Teera Xo A lot of trends are coming back from the 80's, nothing never changes anymore. Anyways, A celebrity named Amber Rose brought the Style back and is Globally recognized for it, not this come up. Because now everyone will compare her to Amber Rose and not the way she'll like.
Dan-O Tha Producer Most of what you said was unnecessary, im aware people do take inspiration from the 80's and 90's, it makes no sense for you to mention it because it doesn't make your point more valid. It makes no logical sense to call Paula a knock off of Amber, because the style wasn't originally from Amber. A knock-off is a copy from something original.
Teera Xo She's a knock because Amber made the style famous. "It makes no logical sense to call Paula a knock off of Amber, " Okay I'll hopefully change your simple logic. Your saying I can't call Paula a knock off because Amber didn't originate the style. Okay... take this. Stores sale Knock off handbags, but Gucci, Versace or any of the name brands didn't invent or originate hand bags. Yet non-name brand hand bags are called knock offs, want to know why? Because even tho Gucci didn't invent hand bags, they're famous for them, just like Amber is famous for that hair style. So it does make logical sense to call Paula a "knock off" She didn't make the trend popular. Stop taking this personal, I'm not calling you out Teera.
Dan-O Tha Producer The synonym for knock-off is fake, how can it be fake when it resembles something that isn't original? What makes the bags that stores sell a knock-off is because the knock-offs copies every detailing of the ORIGINAL brand, from the design to even the logo of the brand, not because it's just famous. So your analogy for handbag knock-off's and calling Paula a knock-off aren't comparable.Because brands like Versace etc. do make original design brands. Calling someone a knock-off for doing a trend still does not make sense because they're not claiming to be the original. You don't need to call me out for me to take this personal.
