Is it advisable to still write the automated pulse value, even after counting manually for one minute? 3. Can I just stick to addressing my patient with his/her name all through, instead of using endearing words such as darling, sweetheart?

Hi sis, I have 5 questions please . I have watched the videos on the link 1. How many times are we expected to wash hands because I could see you wash almost 3 or 4 times 2. Are we going to use water or alcohol gel 3. Are we allowed to use endearing words for the patients e.g my love ,darling, sweetheart ,bless you etc 4. Are we going to be provided with ready made observation scores for the TPR 5. How do we handle chatty patients considering the exam time limits .Can we cut them short ?

Hi could you please explain pt with MUST&NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

My doubts 1.Do we need to change our glove before checking pulse rate....for real patient 2.if it is a real patient should we consider that patient's reading? 3.if it is real patient,can we document in the chart immediately aftr taking?rather than doing it last.coz we may forget the reading right?Like in Gcs...it may take time to document...right? 4.how many question we should ask in PHQ 9. 5. Can we do observation in must,phq 9 and gcs continuosly rather than going to document and coming back and doing again ask questions regarding must or phq 9...at a stretch ,can we do and come back with the findings of obs and phq 9?? 6.Do we have to do hand washing and change glove and apron aftr gcs assessment to proceed with obs??

In a situation where on the phq9 form it is just 3 elements that is circled! 2 under one and 1 under 2 which is total of 4!!!! This patients appears to depressed and the ranges for recommendations are around 5 and above! What do we do??? Secondly, can one do a rough document somewhere else before proper document after hand hygiene in other no to for the figures! What is your advice?
