Chueco ... 🤣... my mom used to use that word all the time on stuff that was put on crooked. 🤣😂. Coming from a Spanish-speaking household, I just miss that. I miss my parents so much. 😢
The defendant said "No more free repairs" so she sued him. Is he a cop or no? I think she broke the windows on that vehicle. These court shows have me thinking that more people are dishonest than not. 😢
If you judge humanity by what you see on court or cop shows you'll think everyone's horrible. The vast majority of people are decent, they're the ones that you almost never see on TV or videos.
Plaintiff was her own worst enemy, talked her way right into losing. I think she spends too much time in the sun at the beach and it’s effecting her brain. She signed that release and she knows it! The broken windows on defendant car ? You be the judge if she was akin to that vandalism, but I wouldn’t put it past her!
At one point in her life the plaintiff kinda thought ‚f… my age, I dress like I am 17 forever‘. And whereas you might expect me to make fun of this I say….GOOD FOR HER!
🤣🤣🤣Thank you for pointing her out! I always forget to pay attention to the audience unless someone in the comments says something. Then I go back. This lady was hilarious!
So you are throwing a good relationship with your mobile mechanic who comes to your car on the road for a car worth less than 3k for which he gave you 1k back?! Come on now! You expected it to be new?! Now you have no one to come to you for free when you break down on the street.
I think the judge should of awarded for the broken windows, she's said in the past on slashed tires that she didnt need actual proof that it was a civil case and talked about how it just needs to be more likely than not that things happened the way the litigant says they did.
My dad left me his 1979 El Camino when he passed away in September of 2022. Although it has a V8 engine which consumes a lot of gas, has no working AC and needs some work, I'm not going to sell it anytime soon. I'm going to try to keep it in the family for as long as possible. I didn't have a car for about 8 years prior to this so I was taking the bus back and forth to work as well as utilizing Uber or Lyft when needed. It's an honor and blessing that my dad left the car to me. He could have left it to one of my other 5 siblings but he chose me.
My Dad passed away in 2018 and that's when the fighting started and still going on today 😮😢. I didn't turn up for the last probate as his memory is worth more than fighting over his wishs. (I was warned that I will see who and what my family are really like) my reply to the person who said that was..ppfftt not my family we won't do that. Plus you have only met them a couple times. What would you know? Yeah I found out who and what my family are like nasty and marrnipulted spoilt brats who feel initialed for anything but not work or do anything but tell him "stop spending*our inheritance* once in a while he might pop in and have dinner and a few$$s on the pokies! And I lived in a different state and the first thing I'll say when I went to visit him was what time are we going to the pub dad? and give the government more of your money ❓❓. Your a fool. And that doesn't sit well with us(dad and I). You don't live here and see what he's doing. When he mentioned that he was taking his first holiday in 47 years to China. He never went anywhere outside of Australia. Their first comment on Facebook was *dad's going to spin out and if he brings home a lady/boy bride. (He was 72 and single.) And none of their business. In the end I said take my name off everything because I don't want anything but his last wishes. Not Worry about Who got what?? Mine is better than yours. How much money did your parents spend? And what did you get? Awww I wanted that. Like kids were who got what and Mine's better than yours that's not what I got. MUUUUUMMM why didn't I get one and I'm disgusted with the pity BS. It's not about the money it's spending time with those we love (not easy these days for single parent families) what time you want on Xmas day. Or I'll have them for their first year. You can have them the next time 😢 The poor kids are in tears after being told you pick who goes first kid's. The spirit of Christmas is gone and depressing and stressful. Greed and money and who's Mum and Dad's favourite child they love the most! I'M the Grinch of Christmas now and Go MIA because that's the only time I see them is when they think they are all getting something. Start a fight. Mums in tears. The house is trashed and someone is in hospital fighting for their life. And the police holding cell is over flowing. No where to go if you don't feel safe.. and that's about all I know or needed to know! DON'T YOU FEEL THE LOVE ❤️ JUST LOVE CHRISTMAS? Barhumbug I do! 🎉😅
Auto Zone is great as long as the young man inside can install a new light in the overhead light socket in the car. But the one that tried doing that in my car couldn't do it. So I did it. (I'm a female... the one no one took a chance on when trying to get into our Jr. College in the same city because it wasn't popular for girls to do that!)
This girl gave judge the "people's eyebrow" the entire case. Finally, the plaintiff has come back to the People's Court. "If you smelllllelleeeelell what the plaintiff is cook'n".
The plaintiff was lying as soon she opened her mouth. 🤦🏾♀️ I didn’t sign the settlement agreement even though he asked me to… then why sign over the title if that wasn’t the deal when you accepted the 1k?!
I find it so odd that the van was so important to her father that he gave her the keys and registration on his deathbed, I would have hoped she would have gotten more than 300 bucks for it. Chances are, the head gasket was blown, it was going to need a couple of thousand dollars in repairs, and she didn't have that kind of money.
@@manthony777 You're right. The plaintiff didn't say that he died in the van. She said that as he was dying, one of his last wishes was that she has the van, so he gave her the keys and registration, according to her, as he was dying. I'm not trying to be mean: when someone is "on their deathbed", it means they are very close to dying, within a few hours or so. They don't actually have to be on a bed, but back in the day, when people were dying, and they were laying in their bed, people would come to visit them as they were dying to say their final goodbyes. It was called their deathbed.
Oh my God her lashes were driving me nuts!!! How did she not notice how bad they were applied?!?!?! The person she was with is a bad friend for not telling her to fix them. Haha
My buddy and I bought a 1959 Buick convertible from a mechanic one time. The left rear wheel fell off the car on the way home. Mechanics don't work on their own vehicles. Keep that in mind.
What a crazy promise not to sell the van, how stupid to expect her never to sell the van, when you get old and cannot drive you have to get rid of the van.
Defendant doesn't come off as a guy that would wanna deal with someone like her. Plaintiff seems like after all the free repairs were done, she wanna sue cause "it's not fair" or something. I do feel like she settled with him only to immediately Welch on the deal
