For all you apparently confused, yes, the Senator in the chair is not Lisa Murkowski. The chair is Kelly Ayotte from NH and Murkowski is the one giving the answer.

Lisa Murkowski might be one of the smartest members of the REPUBLICAN Senators. She is positioning herself as the Swing Vote from the Republican side. The Anti Manchin if you will. This could enable her to get some Concessions for Alaska from The Democrats. I know it is an antiquated approach, But She Might Actually Represent the Interests of Her State.
Yes, as an Alaskan I like Palin more than Murkowski, but not because of this. This was hilarious, but Murkowski doesn't support the Republican party as much as I voted for her to do.
