This should be done and there is no reason for it not to be a bipartisan measure. SCOTUS needs to be held accountable for its continued unacceptable conduct and disregard to the people.
FACT: every single dictator after taking power changes the constitution to remain in power...Never have I seen a political party with so much contempt for our constitution. So, once the Obama regime creates a more agreeable SC. when will the wars against humanity for George Bush begin? You know for the lie about weapons of mass destruction that murdered thousands of Iraqis? Obama killed an American citizen child? The Steel Docier? Spying Trump Campaign? When will that trial start? And Biden's lies about Hunters laptop? Lies that he didn't know about Hunters dealing with Burisma? Taking illegally classified documents as a senator? As a vice president? But the regime game is laws for thee not for me.
There’s plenty of reason on the republican side to not support law. They want to rule by force and need the extremists on the court and in other courts to accomplish that.

I still don’t get why the Executive branch gets to pick the SCOTUS. Why not give each party the ability to pick four justices each and then let the country choose the Chief Justice on a term limit for all of them of a number of years
