Sena 20S How To Video (Sena Smartphone App) 

I just got the Sena 20s today and I noticed the app feels so outdated.

I have mine ordered and looking forward to all the great features. I just keep trying to figure out how to pronounce "Sena." This is yet another video from Sena where the pronunciation of "Sena" is said both ways within the same video. (Seh-nah) in the early part of the video, (see-nah technologies) at the end. Tough to know how to say it when the company can't even decide.

after pairing a group of multiple devices, does the phone need to stay on for all riders to stay connected?

Hi, I just bought a 20s and paired to my phone via Bluetooth but it doesn't show it in the app. Also I tried universal pairing to my friend with a uclear hbc200 and it wouldn't connect.

Does this group feature only work with other 20s or can it be done with other brands of bluetooth communication device?

When you labeled it "how to video"....i thought there was a way to connect video recording device to the intercom

So, there is no way to group other Sena headsets with this app? (SMH10, for example)? Group i ride with have SMH10's and they always complain how much of a pain it is to pair everyone. It would be nice if someone with a 20s could just group everyone can connect us all in a much easier way.

+Sena I have had an SMH10R since March of 2015. When I first got it I tried using the app on my Galaxy S4 and the application would act like the it wasn't seeing the SMH10R regardless of being connected to the phone. It would prompt me to connect the device or tell me "Bluetooth Connection Lost..." even though the device was connected the whole time. I eventually just gave up on the app. Fast forward to today, in preparation of an upcoming motorcycle trip from STL to Phoenix, I thought that I would give the app another shot on my Galaxy Note 5. I'm still experiencing the exact same issue I was over a year ago. I've tried updating the SMH10R firmware and as far as I know it's up to date (v5.1). Is there something that I am doing wrong? I have tried unpairing, pairing, unistalling/reinstalling the app.

OK, So we are a Group of Harley Riders and want to communicate with our Road Captains during a ride. We can have as many as 10 Road Captains and at max 90 Riders in the group. We need to talk to each other from the rear of the group to the front. Remind you that this is the maximum. Most of our Rides are between 15 and 25 riders with 3 to 6 Road captains keeping the group together and safe. What I want to know is: 1) Do these repeat if the rear is to far from the front rider? 2) Does the antenna extend? (I saw 1 picture that looked as if it swings up) 3) Are ALL riders using the group mode hearing all riders? 4) Is this VOX or PTT? 5) Can this connect to the Harley 14 and up Boom Radio? 6) If one person is talking, can another talk as well? 7) And can you hear others if you are talking? We are seriously looking into this for our riding group and will need at least 10 units, is there a group discount? Our Sponsoring dealer is a dealer of your product. Thank You Jeff

Just upgraded from smh10r, to 20s, i can connect on my android app fine but on my iphone it keeps saying that the app needs to restart and will close, latest firmware on 20s

I did program the radio list with the needed frequencies available in the UAE, still i couldn't get the sena to play those stations can you please help?

I went to Google Play and installed the app. When I try to find the app on my phone, there is no Sena icon and the app is nowhere to be found. When I go back to Google Play, it says the app is already installed. Again, I can't find it, if it is hiding somewhere on my phone.
