I would love for you guys to better support the gp10. My 20s is stuck down at 1.6.2 to stop the bad audio popping when recording. You guys have known about it for months but it's still a problem.

I use the 10C EVO on a daily basis with students receiving with the 10s. Quality is very good and I have set mine up so it can charge whilst recording therefor able to record 4k all day long. My biggest moan is the location of the charging port which isn't weather proof whilst being used

definitely use the padding and speaker spacers. without padding speakers sound small and weak. added the padding ,now it is so loud that can not listen at full volume. and that's with foam air plugs. great equipment.

Do you have any tips on getting full functionality out of the 20S EVO when it's paired with the Harley-Davidson 2018 CVO Ultra Limited? The unit is paired with the Boom infotainment system. It has the Wireless Interface Module installed correctly. It will NOT play music in the headphones via Bluetooth, only through the speakers. I've spoken with multiple HD and Sena vendors at both Americade, and Laconia rallies. Still it is not functional.

I got to admit, when I mounted my SMH-10 I was very skeptic about the adhesive tape mount. However, last year I unfortunately went down at 45 MPH in a curve where I hit a slick spot and the rear rent into a braking skid. The helmet *slammed* the ground and it hit so hard the gravel left gouges in my helmet & visor. The SMH-10 unit itself flew off, but the *mount* never came off!!! It was a tad loose, but still there! I retrieved the SMH-10 module in the weeds about 15 ft. from where I went down, and it still works today! Was having issues paring the SMH-10 to my new Prism camera, but the advice given in this vid fixed that issue. (turning internal microphone auto mute to the "ON" setting)

Bought 3 brand new senna smh10 so I can ride dirtbikes with my 4 and 6 year old and communicate and coach them. It works, pairing can be a headache I feel like it’s a different sequence every time. And the sound quality is poor as others have stated and there is cracking and popping noises. But. It does work. May try the boom mic to see if it’s better quality sound or maybe less popping sounds

Do you still recommend doing a factory rest after doing a Firmware update? I have a 20s Evo. And I just did one. I’m going to instal the Sena HD speakers I just ordered. Let me know. Thanks.

I have had such a hard time getting my sena srl for my neotech II helmet to work with my friends who have a different device. I'm disappointed that I have never really gotten to use it, and now it doesn't work. Do you refurbish or offer trade ins for something that I can use with my cardo pack talk buddies?

Hello I was wondering if you know how to fix a problem with the SENA ?I have the 30K pack, and it’s all good when my wife and I riding together, the problems is when I went riding by myself and the SENA would not stop trying to pear up with the Outer 30K latterly every 3 seconds it was impossible to listen to music or taking phone call, any help would be greatly appreciated.

While remodeling my shop I found a USB Bluetooth thing I bought 3+ years ago. UD100a sana USB 30C779, it's red and black with a 1 inch SMA antenna. I have no paperwork so I have no idea what to do with it, or what it's for. Can you help?

Good video. But do you have any updates on issues with the intercom audio when 3+ 20S devices are connected with a Prism operating over bluetooth? If I use my Prism over Bluetooth we all hear static that sounds like hail hitting our helmets which gets irritating very fast, especially as it's loud enough to make it very hard to understand each other. I overheard someone else at a Sena booth asking about the same problem. I've tried with UHD on and off. So I'm forced to use the external mic on trips with friends for clear communication.

Hi guys I’ve just purchased a 10c pro, very happy although after first use the microphone just stopped working, Amazon were brilliant and sent a replacement immediately!, so impressed with them, anyway my question is. How do I pair the new one with my phone? It keeps telling me it’s already connected to another device!

Audio Boost only seems to affect music from the phone and not the FM radio.

My Sena Prism Tube's audio has stopped working, it won't connect to a computer to update firmware and still seems missing from your guys tech support. So much promise, so little delivery.

If I have the SENA SMH10, and want to upgrade to the SENA 20, will my speakers and mic and clip work so the only thing I have to buy is the actual module?

I have the SENA 10B can someone explain how to make a phone call? According to the directions it says to press center button 3xs mine beeps and then nothing. My phone is paired via bluetooth already I can receive calls, play music etc but can't make a call

with my (modular) helmet closed the boom mic picks up only the background noises (engine, traffic, horns, etc). if i open it, it s slightly better. anyone has the same problem?

I am trying to connect my Sena 20S external earbud socket to the microphone on my Drift Ghost XL Pro and using a splitter I cannot get the sound to come through on the video although it does come through on the headset that I connected to the other plug on the splitter. Any Ideas?

Hi, I have the c10pro, the camera works just fine. The sound in both speakers sound like the treble is set high and little to no bass, making phone conversations very high pitched. Is there a setting to bring the bass up and treble down? When I activate the HD, the sound is a little better, but only the right speaker works. I need some guidance :)

I have a new KTM branded Schuberth C4 with the Sena SC1. Unfortunately the unit has an intermittent fault which means it fails to switch on or charge. Sena initially advised that it could be a battery connection problem and to use tape around the battery to make it fit tighter in the compartment? I tried this but after one ride the problem returned. The unit has now been returned and I'm still waiting to hear what the solution will be. On checking the various bulletin boards etc. this issue does seem to be quite common with the SC1 and in my humble opinion potentially a design problem. I have reverted to using my old Sena SMH5 for now, which I have to say seems a lot more reliable and has better sound quality. Unfortunately this means I also cannot use my recently purchased remote, which only works with Bluetooth 4 devices! All in all I am not very impressed with the SC1, albeit to date the Sena support team have been very responsive. I hope for a good resolution, but tbh I wish I had purchased the Sena 20S Evo ☹️

I got the new Sena 20sEvo on my HD boombox and nobody can tell me why I don't hear my music clearly at 65 mph. My helmet is a modular one.the sound is perfect but at the minute I give some.throttle, the sound is going down.

My 3s doesn't charge correctly and it looks like I can get an answer here. The LED indicator on the charge port starts off red then alternates then blue then completely off but still says that it is either low or medium battery life. When i move the port it turns red for a minute or so then turns off. I just bought this a month ago.

Just to point out that Cardo units are rated at IP67 and are relatively waterproof (backed by the manufacturer) whereas Sena units are NOT waterproof or water resistant in any way. Sena units come with 'dust covers' for open ports and button gaiters etc but are not suitable for rain! Sena make no mention of 'weatherproofing of any of its product documentation. I live in Northern England and found out the hard way. Wet weather riders be warned!

Sena 20s eco still not working with my boom GTS 6.5 on my Road Glide Special. Common problem at my dealership. I tried everything. Sena website did not help. Big ripoff. Returning this pos.

What's the purpose of having an audio unit that isn't? Sena speakers have nothing to do with audio, and everything to do with wasted money. They are the worst speakers I have ever heard. They are tinny, lack volume, and have zero bass. I've never actually stuck my ear to a dog turd, but I imagine if I did, it would sound better than Sena's in helmet speakers. You folks really need to spend the time and money to put a real speaker together for these units.
