Yooo...this video makes it sound sooo easy... they don’t even tell u like the recommended area on where to put the Velcro for the mic and all the little stuff missing details
Do you guys suggest having a layer of foam or fabric etc. on top of the speaker or should they remain naked and right infront of the ears as shown in this video?
Yeah, uh, no. Mine did not come with a wrench, nor several of the items shown in the video. The sound is terribly staticky, but not as bad as the static from the morons at support, who cannot speak or understand English, and who couldn't care less about the problems with their unit.
I got my 10S at my local Cycle Gear...and they installed it for me, at no charge!! Unfortunately, the "Instruction Sheet" is pretty useless other than identifying buttons...not much help at all for getting my APP download and setting FM stations and such... So I am HOPING to find good tutorials here to finish setting up my functions and features... Already having a problem with getting my right-side speaker to work...for phone or MP3 player... hoping that will clear up as I get the APP and functions working. (Already re-checked all of the connections)
i have two complaints with my sena 10s. 1.The mount very easily comes off if you accidentally touch it,i don't want to lose a 250$ intercom on the highway cause I bumped the thing on accident. 2.When riding bumpy roads my job dial is moving around and constantly upping the volume and repeatedly beeping extremely annoying, what can I do to address both of these issues ?

Since I can't find any information on how to use the product, and ”support” is about as useful as a hole in your foot, I've been looking on here for more videos. At least they tell you how to turn it on, but I'd already figured that out. “Support” couldn't even tell me how long to charge the unit. There are MANY included pamphlets in various languages that may have instructions on them, but NONE of the pamphlets are in the language used by most of the world: English. I have no idea what to do with the red pads, and the green tape won't stick to my helmet. There are no instructions on how to access or use the device, which is probably intentional, because it's mostly static.

+Sena Yep, sending me to your web site. I've been to that page. It has press releases, legal notices, How to buy, join the mailing list, and not one iota of useful information. Still no support from sena.

Which headset do you have specifically? Can you please provide a picture of what you are referring to when you say that the wiring is coming out of the wrong side?
The 10S is incompatible with Samsung S7 and Android 7.0. Sena makes the unit work when it is first released then as you update your phone it doesn't work anymore with bluetooth apps.
Please perform a Factory Reset on your 10S. As the headset automatically powers off after performing a Factory Reset, power on the headset and then perform a Fault Reset by inserting a paper clip into the reset pin-hole on the back of the unit and press and hold the reset button for a second with light pressure. The 10S will be switched off. Turn the system back on and try pairing it to you Samsung S7 again by placing the 10S into Mobile Phone Pairing mode and scanning for it in the Bluetooth menu.
