So it clearly shows who majority people actually preferred in government Labor got majority of its 27% votes directly from Melbourne CBD and Ballarat. The rest was through minority parties from around surrounding suburbs of Melbourne and Geelong ect That's why people have to actually be careful on who they vote for as where the vote will actually go towards.
