The captains should hold those coming late accountable and make decisions that those players don't dress for games. As captains it is your team. Your coach is a dead fish personality wise and your team has zero work ethic.

It's life 2500 to 3500. Depends on the team, the area, how they treat the players, how far other teams are. For example, a team loke this in Alaska may be 10k a season. They won't just walk on if they haven't been playing for years already.

The primary mission of the NA3HL, which is managed organizationally by the NAHL, is to provide a structured developmental environment for student-athletes whose youth options are limited but are still reaching their potential and have aspirations of playing in the NAHL or United States Hockey League (USHL) and eventually the NCAA or American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA). So basically yeah its to hopefully get scouted for college it seems.

Yeah it's for recruitment for college. Not paid they pay to play on this team. The NAHL which is affiliated to the NA3HL(what Brody plays) is top tier juniors tons of NCAA d1 commits whereas the NA3HL is quite a step lower mostly d3 commits to ncaa and not any d1 commits really. Brody just said the minors as a joke because he was called up to the NAHL recently for a couple games

perhaps these fellas do not have much amateur success at bantam and lower therefor winning has not always been their true nature. learning to persevere is sometimes passed down by the older players, that is not the case on this squad

The team sucks and the season is almost over. Lots of guys struggle with dedication and drive when you play on a bad team and you’ve had nothing to play towards for months because you’re on a bottom feeder. Bottom line, lots of the guys on this team just aren’t any good at hockey, hence why they’re playing NA3L

good goalies are the hardest to find. look at the N, theres 32 teams and IMO only 25 true starters that could give a team a shot at a winning record. so basically there are roughly only 25 to 30 tendys in the entire world that could consitantly baskstop a winning team in the nhl. my opinion is based off of save %..most goalies with a .910% in the nhl and above have winning records.

Pushing into corners, cant find the space on ice, grinding hard but no hockey sense in playing at all. For example 08:30 they keep pushing the puck in same space then loosing it for oppenent which leads for a good sector shot.. There would be time and room to make a lot better play or if you keep grinding it like that then shot the puck f away from your zone and be 100% sure youll get it out.

nah.. gets pushed off the puck easily has no speed thru the neutral zone takes low quality shots from poor angles his release is slow faceoff are ok getting into open space available for a pass is ok does not have 1v1 abilities..(no hands) this level is where he should be playing at the moment.
