In this video, we’ll be using resistance bands to get a great full-body workout.
Resistance bands are a great way to add variety to your workouts. They help improve flexibility, dexterity and of course help strengthen your muscles all at the same time.
Incorporating resistance bands into at least one or two of your workouts a week will help mix things up for you and keep your body in step with where you want to be.
This workout is in a seated position all the way through. Being seated takes the pressure off of your back and legs to help you concentrate more on your movements. Getting a full range of motion when using resistance bands is important and sitting helps with this.
This is a full-body workout so you will be using your arms, legs, shoulders, back, and core. All the areas we use on a daily basis and that help us get through our day. Nothing goes to waste in this excellent full-body routine!
As always, only do the movements you feel comfortable with and never force anything that causes you discomfort. This workout is great to do in your own home or with friends!

Thank you for a workout that people who are blind, people who use wheelchairs and people who have disabilities like MS that affect their legs. It is absolutely wonderful to find videos that work for many disability groups because those groups are usually excluded.

I wish I could ^like^ your videos each time I watch, which is often. Thank you! I am 65, and have MS. I like these exercises because I can focus on the movement and not on balancing. I appreciate all your work.

Such great resistance exercises, I also love that in your video's you remind about how to breathe, really helps. Thank you for all your hard work making these video's, being able to do from home makes a huge difference.

Really love this. I'm not a senior (yet) but I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment and I have problem knees, so seated fitness videos are perfect for me.

As long as you keep breathing, I’m happy:) I give the reminders because it is so easy to “forget” to breath, and hold your breath.

Hi thanks for sharing, found these resistance exercises very useful. I do yoga and walk daily. If I want to add these to my weekly routine, how often should I do these? Daily? Or every other day?
