Funding is immediately stopped for UNWRA for Israeli allegations against 12 of UNWRA’s 30,000 staff. Funding to Israel continues unabated, despite having allegations of plausible genocide against it by the world court.

Canada is sending 40 million now (after public backlash from UNRWA defunding) to Palestine via other agencies. I don't know how effective they are, but it relented and is still sending the earmarked money.

The fact that they are silent either means they are complicit valuing their own power and wealth before human life or that Palestinians have been so dehumanized over the last 75 years that they literally don't give two hoots about the death of Palestinians and would rather be silent acquiescers.. that's why it's up to us to do everything we can to humanize this situation..

yesterday I watched an old Jon Stewart-interview (with Stephen Colbert) where he took a stand against Israel's policy regarding Palestine years ago. And for that even he is accused of being antisemitic. It's crazy. The world has gone completely mad.

Greetings from South Africa. Like so many other claims the UNRWA story is without evidence, but the West eagerly reacted without any thought, whilst dismissing its own UN ICJ findings on SA's case on genocide against Israel!!! We in the global south, have zero confidence the UN with its veto power in the security council; in the West's ideologies, & in its so-called "democracies". In SA, we have a true democracy based on 1 man, 1 vote; a constitution based on international humanitarian law & freedom of speech. Yes, we're still trying to shed the legacy of white supremacism, but we are not afraid of the truth when it comes to human rights. I can't remember a day since 7/10 that I have NOT been shocked at the actions by Israel & its Western allies!!! The UNRWA fallout has effectively killed any hope of a Palestinian state, which is exactly playing into the depraved brutal claws of Israel & the West. What hope is there for democracy? For humanity? For morality? They're lying bleeding out in the sands of all of Palestine...

We should resurrect Leveson Two which was due to investigate under oath the relationship between the Media, Politicians, and the Met - Simply imagine the corruptions and scandal that may have been avoided.

Looks like banks in Canada are flagging donations being made to the UN relief fund. I immediately got a call from my bank when I made an online donation. When I called the bank, the woman who answered said she could not explain why I received the warning.

I wonder what the journalists at the BBC & others really think about all this? Surely, as part of their professionalism they crave to report these things but they are being hobbled by their senior management to make sure that the messaging toes the line with what the Establishment wants.
