I was raised with 6 racehorses, at an early age I realized how sensitive a horse's personal space is..I love that u are intuned and sharing this with others, Another thing I learned from my youth was the horses' uncanny ability to sum up my body language from 30feet away. If I walked up unhappy I swear the horses knew..I'd love to see a video on approach as well. Without causing the horses any distress, of course. Thank-you
The neck is another place on my very touchy gelding that I focus on. Anything from the base of his neck forward he guards with pinned ears and aggressive mouthiness. I like how you suggest to do this every day and create a positive bond. Good ideas.
Maybe because they don't like someone touching his eyes, nose, mouth, like you wouldn't like? Your girlfriend comes and the first thing what she does is put her hands in your eyes?? WTF
are you stupid humans are not the same as horses. if you cant touch horses eyes you aren't very bonded with it you need to be able to touch around there for many reasons like tacking up and bonding
