Too often, in such situations, anger & verbiage will destroy us. Management expects us to react in a volatile way. Thus they can blame us. Maturity will allow us, tho angry, to remain calm. 👌🏾 Thus we win the battle on "our terms". Day Off was well earned👏❤.
Sad that was my first year there.And they benefited from this much more of my unwavering contribution. Sometimes we have to believe the people when they shows who they are the first time.
@@vincentalfonzojamal We prove our loyalty, in spite of circumstances. Remaining on the job as a good/reliable employee, says volumes for character. Much easier to get mad & walk away, which many would have done. Sometimes, we outlive management, in various situation. Then you become the person with "years of experience." Personally, I hated my time as a manager. Too many people wanting to do "as little as possible", to get the job done. Sadly, my quality standards, were not theirs.
