If your like of him is based on the case that is in court your like of him is premature the case is not concluded unless if you say you like him because he can speak english and afrikaans equal big up to you and him as for the case in court I doubt him so many witnesses as if Senzo was killed in police academy.
If you have a law degree and you were properly trained on criminal law and the law of evidence there is no way you can conclude that the accused are not guilty.

this Natis evidence was clearly not in the Pre-trial if the affidavit is from September 2023. what was the point of Ratha asking if they had a pre-trial or not? Mnisi already said that this is a trial by ambush, the investigation is ongoing as we are on trial. I have a strong feeling that if the trial drags till next year, there will be affidavits made in 2025.
This is very relevant coz the accused initially claimed not to know each other..this evidence also proves that Sibiya lied that he was in KZN and was never in Gauteng for the whole of 2014.. if there is nothing to hide, why would one lie about his location
Ratha you are the best Judge and doing an excellent job.The issue here is that people want you to declare the accused as innocent, and that will never happen because they killed Senzo.Their fans are calling you bias etc because they can't accept facts presented in court.

You really need to get the story correct. Legal Aid appointed Ramos for accused 1&2. Mngo was called only for Trial within a Trial. Legal aid didnt appoint him for the main trial as such they are not in position to pay him. Family of accused 1 fired Ramos and appoint Mngo hence they should be the ones to pay him as a private lawyer.

I know of people who go to different provinces to do their licenses.... it happens. this doesn’t mean he was living there, he could have just gone there to apply for a learners since he lived in JHB before. The evidence we need are people from his family, people he lived with or worked for. this learners booking is not substantial evidence that he lived there. Come on.
This evidence is adduced because he says he has NEVER been to JHB during the time in question which is why this evidence is adduced to rebut his version. People are generally forgetful but electronic data remains the same. Accused one and two have a hand in the death of senzo

And to my recollection, accused 1 said he was not residing in JHB in 2014, which could still be true even with this evidence. I still don't see how they had a hand in the death of Senzo from the evidence presented to us, unless you know of other evidence that is still to come. Their DNA was not in the house, the descriptions were not of them, Accused 1 and 2 never had dreads and no gold teeth or tattoos, the gun had none of their DNA or prints, the bullet that Senzo was allegedly killed with had no blood or DNA on it so I don't see how any of the current evidence has anything to do with these guys, whether they remember where they were or not. for some reason just because they can't remember where they were in 2014 on of Senzo's demise, then they did it? even if there is no evidence of them doing it? did you hear their alleged confessions? even those don't align. Remember you can't look at 1 piece of evidence and conclude. its a puzzle with many pieces that must fit to make a coherent picture.

If Judges can be communicated to during the case like this, it may show how much influence they have in the case.
