And I find it's strange that they didn't bother to interview the family especially because the witnesses who were inside the house at first they didn't see who shot senzo

The question is simple "What made you conclude that he wanted to say something about the killing of Senzo?"...she then talks about what she was told by Gininda. Meaning she directly asked him "how he was involved", not "if he was". Because she was acting on third party info which she believed! If he directly told her that "he did not shoot because he was standing outside", then she can't say "he wanted to say something", because he already alluded to the fact that he was involved! Now why would he "seem like he wanted to say something", when he already said it. The words she used means she doesn't even understand what she is saying.
