People are more focused on MoonYoung and GangTae, but I absolutely love the relationship that MoonYoung and SangTae have. They act like little brothers and sisters and it feels pure.
the way sangtae fed her and told her he'd forgive her if she ate the porridge had me bawling my eyes out... the acting in this scene is seriously the best!!
It's heartbreaking to see MunYeong cry because she doesn't cry. She doesn't even say sorry, but look at her apologizing for something she hasn't even done. This is a scene no ordinary actress can just do. This is Seo Yeji living Ko MunYeong.
@@fakeswan2752 Her mom was the head nurse I believe and friends with their mother. But she said sumn bad about Mun Yeong which is why she targeted and killed their mom. And I think because it had something to do with ST too. BTW I think this is why I don't remember the full reason because I haven't watched in a while
sorry but all i see at the comment section people praising mun yeong acting skill :) but they're not wrong tho. she's a great actress. i just wanted comment about sang tae because he's adorable ❤️
@@moon00712 wtf whats wrong with u, so much people in the comment adore how pros yeji acting,it's true tho, and thats all i see....she adore him and just want to say that jung se is adorable,,,like nothing is wrong about it and it's true stfo

Acting in kdrama has gone to another level. This scene is my fav scene. An anti social with an autistic.. Leaning n comforting each other. Give them all the awards pls
@@jesusjoestar3892 Mun-yeong herself is diagnosed with Antisocial Personality Disorder and her character demonstrates many of the clinical traits seen in real people with ASPD, while avoiding some of the most inaccurate and stigmatising features often portrayed in media.
Her character has BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder). It’s also a personality disorder just like ASPD. Both have share some of the same traits but borderline personality disorder the person has abandonment issues, separation anxiety, often self harm too, they have a favorite person (just like the character she has moon gang-Tae as her favorite person. She always wants to be around him, goes to his workplace, kidnaps him, wants him to choose her over his brother… doesn’t understand boundaries so she wants to sleep with him in his bed etc)
I swear seo ye ji's acting made me cry so much. The way she cried is so realistic. I couldn't hold back my tears, the whole episode. This is just too cruel, man. Ughh! I hate the writer for this episode.
This scene proves that she is indeed not Antisocial (Psychopath/Sociopath). She is suffering from emotional and psychological abuse inflicted by her mother who is the true Psychopath. She has been hurt by both parents and as such she dealt with it in a way she felt was best which was to be very cold and selfish. All she needed was the warmth & love of her parents. MGT & his brother's presence in her life acts as a form of therapy for her. So for her to find out her mother was behind their pain too (i.e. killing of their mom) really was too much for her to bear and is now feeling guilty as thats a source of pain for MGT & MST. I loved this scene because it showed that KMY has a support system that cares for her ♥️♥️♥️
Not really, I think people have misconceptions about antisocial personality disorder. Psychopaths can feel emotions too. Their brain is just wired differently from a normal person it doesn't mean you literally can't feel emotions. There's also a spectrum of how much empathy you can feel so yes while there are some psychopaths who actually might feel nothing for others, I'd say she ranks quite low-medium on the antisocial personality spectrum.
@@SuzyLia You are either a psychopath or not. She was moreso ASOCIAL than ANTISOCIAL. I re-visted the DSM-V because I wanted to ensure the writers of the show were on point. After watching the drama and seeing her character fully she does not lack empathy, she isnt manipulative, malicious just like her mom. She cares deep down & has always had a sense of RIGHT & WRONG which means she has a conscience, once again that is something even the "slightest" psychopath would not have. Plain and simple she is emotionally scarred from her childhood. Autism is on a spectrum not antisocial personality
@@adelewynter6299 Nah, I don't actually agree that she has autism, that's not how autism works. She displays many antisocial personality traits because of environmental upbringing which is a definition of what a sociopath is. (Sorry seems I wrote psychopath instead which is different from sociopath) Based on her anger issues, and how she has outbursts and acts however she likes at all times, She's the perfect definition of a sociopath. I don't agree that because she cares deep down it means she doesn't have APD. She behaves recklessly and acts with constant impulse and a disregard for herself/her career too and an example of this would be when she's seen driving extremely fast on the road etc. It seems she's not an actual psychopath though, *sociopath is a more accurate term for her. Sociopaths also do lack remorse but empathy and remorse is absolutely possible in some cases. Which I believe is what we see happen with her. By the way, I highly doubt kids with autism rip apart a bunch of butterflies like she did as a kid. I do think they tried their best to make her seem like she is a psychopath but they seemed to be lacking a bit
@@SuzyLia I never said she had autism, it is good to read with understanding. I said Autism is on a spectrum as opposed to Psychopathy which isnt. Your whole comment is very contradictory because in essence you are saying she at the end she was still a 'sociopath' despite all the major shifts in her life. Granted, it happened in a short space of time due to dramatic reasons however she isnt a SOCIOPATH. She may display those tendencies. It is very pertinent that people RESEARCH and UNDERSTAND mental health Matters. I just completed my degree in Psychology so I think I know what I am talking about. You are yet to come with solid authority that she is a sociopath. Kindly visit the Diagnostic Statistical Manual version 5 (DSM-V) and READ it. P.S. also read about bipolar-depression also if you even choose to look at the manual and you will see how the condition is 'similar' to whatever it is you think she has.
@Pandzy Bun Thank you!!! I legit just commented to Suzy that BPD has similar symptoms but KMY basically never had anyone to show her emotions to until Moon Gang Tae came in her life. Whether it was when they were kids or when they grew up. She genuinely has a lot of love and care in her and she feels comfortable around both brothers to show it. Yes I also agree there were holes but maybe they changed something in the plot later down
This scene was so heartbreaking and sad, but Moon Young getting comforted by an older brother is one of the most beautiful, sincerest and purest things I've ever seen in a kdrama, she never felt the warmth of her biological family but she did now with Gang Tae and Sang Tae #MMM family 🥺❤
Yes, it’s so nice seeing that all of them are together, and Moon young having to endure her wicked mother’s evil deeds is honestly so hurting...hope she feels better in the next episode.🥺❤️
The fact that she’s never cried before this shows how much she really cares about them. Seeing her cry broke my heart. Especially he saying that last “Oppa im sorry”. Made me so sad. This drama deserves so many awards.
I hate it when people only watch like a few episodes and say they don't like MY and her personality, and stop watching the drama. Like gurl, have you SEEN this?!?! This is exactly why you should watch finish a drama before even judging... the CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT is on point!!! they have grown so much... my babies, don't cry ;-;-;
Coz they don’t know how valuable this drama is. This is one of of a kind. Best drama for me so far. Story is really different from other kdrama I watched.
Agree... this is the reason Why i love korean drama.. there's a development character... And there's a reason why they do like that.. and make us think twice... 'Ahh... So that's why she became like this"
Sang tae's character is so warm ..... Even though he was a lil immature at first his character developed in such an amazing way..... his scene with him giving gang tae his first allowance n feeding Moon yeong while she is sick n in the end deciding to leave to achieve his dream n finally becoming independent is incredibly so beautiful n warm....... honestly loved sang tae alot
Honestly, how many kdramas have impressed you like this one? it is on a whole nother level.....ALL THE FEELS!!! GIVE THEM ALL THE AWARDS OR I'M FIGHTING.
Not many. But they are out there. The last great drama I watched before this was Crash landing on you. That gave me the feels too. This drama is definitely up there.
I'm crying because our Moonyoung is crying 😢 , and this was the first time she said 'sorry' if I'm not mistaken. Seo Yeji better wins the best actress award for this. All of them better grab an award for this. The story is excellent; the actors are brilliant. Two episodes left, and I miss them already.
@@aishasara3335 they making it look like it was seo yeji's fault, she told him to those they said. i guess the guy was stupid for following what syj had said. hes such a kid. the guy is really to blame. he was the one who did all those horrible stuff not syj. and if he is really sorry for what have he done he could have just apologize to seohyun after they split up syj.
A big round of applause for Sang tae, the actor made the role so real that I nearly forgot he was acting. Being a normal person who acts as someone with an autism is a hard challenge but he performed his role on point. Seo yea ji's acting also made this scene more heartbreaking because her character seldom cries but here she is, asking for forgiveness for the mess she never created.
This is the most heartbreaking scene in the whole episode. I cried with seo yeji. The way sangtae took care of her said a lot. He didn't know what was wrong, but he would be there for both gangtae and mooyoung when they were at the lowest point of their lives. And moonyoung didn't stop asking for apologize every single time, even it was not her fault! Sangtae, the best boy, so pure and innocent 😭😭
The fact that yeji only got one nomination throughout her whole career when she basically SLAY every character she potray is just absurd. I'm mad she didn't get any nomination or award for save me, she was practically robbed. But i hope she win something with this drama. If she didn't yall know something is wrong.
@@choisoni both are lucky to be pair with each other because both are amazing actor/actress , this drama wouldn't be what it's without the two leads amazing acting skills + chemistry
I can tell how determined and focused she was when playing her character. Even in the bts, she looks serious and was always ready to act out with her character. She’s living as a real MY. I applauded for her professionalism and her passion.
@@candycamacho6989 c'mon u know why he said she's lucky , she's not implying that acting is bad , but due to KSH a lot of people are gonna watch the series which will help her prove herself .
The "oppa mianhae" broke me. I cried so much here. Both of their character developments are so well portrayed! Remember sang tae once said during their breakfast scene, "youre not a baby" and told her to get her food herself. But in this scene, we see him treating her like a baby and take care of her as her older brother by heart. Mun Yeong on the other hand used to be an empty can. She was loud with no emotions at all. But here? She was loud, but full of tears and sadness. This drama is amazing. Daesang is waiting!!!!🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Ommo!! Right right right!!! The contradicting scenes!!! Amazinggg!!!!! Love this drama soooo muchhh!!! This is really for the heart. Haizt. This is really the most sensible drama ever (when it comes to fantasy-reality theme). Daebakkkk!!! Kudos to the writer really! And to the rest of them all!!! ♡
The way the characters are able to intertwine the scenes by doing small details such as this. Like from the rain scene, the way the characters began smiling, the way they slowly became more understanding, how they opened up, how they grew and matured and overcame their barriers and found their own doors over the episodes.
I like how SYJ act this crying scene, she did not even bother to make herself look pretty while crying, she just portraying MY feeling wholeheartedly and that's why it make the audience feel the pain too
I feel so bad for Moon young, she has to endure all this pain that her wicked mom left for her, and is making her feel sorry for herself. Honestly I’m so grateful that she has people by her side and there Sang-Tae comes to make her feel better, it’s such a sweet scene and I liked it a lot. it’s so sad to think that she’s related to a mother who was never But evil to her daughter and everyone and made her daughter blame herself for her wicked deed for killing the Moon brother’s mom, it’s honestly a hurting thing. 😭
This is definitely my most memorable scene in this drama. This was just so so emotional and beautiful at the same time. Her pain makes you feel sad, but his care makes you feel hopeful. I loved this moment between them. It was done so extremely well. I was waiting for this video scene since Sunday.
The part where he told the friend she looked sad. I dont remember exact words, but I was touched by the fact even in that chaos with the butterfly painting he remembered her facial expression which is something he takes very serious.
This scene broke my heart. MY doesn’t say sorry. She didn’t even apologize for making the patient faint but she’s now apologizing for something she has no control over. I honestly feel so bad for her. I hope the three of them overcome this together and drive off in their camping car with no destination.
Syke CODM hmm im actually very satisfied with the finale and don’t think a season 2 is necessary. but i would love to see the trio act together again in another drama!!
michaengie really? They were actually a lot of questions left on answered that can be the base of S2. For one, everyone seemed to forget that Sangtae has still has not connected the dots and realized that MY’s mom was his mother’s murderer. He just thinks she’s a bad person. Also at the end, he drives off to work with another illustration, but look who picks him up? The same guy who wants to go behind MY’s back and publish Murder of Witch 👀
@@andiuptown1711 i understand what you’re pointing out. In my opinion i dont think there is going to be one because the whole message of this show is to cut off the leash thats holding you back from doing what you want to do, heal, and forget or forgive. i agree, it is messed up to keep ST in the dark, but why bring up something so tragic again and hurt even more ya know? and sangin? the man who never left her side as a brother? i doubt he’d do something horrible to her. Sangin is a money lover but he’s also loyal. + MY makes a lot of money for him already but yeah, i would love to see a season 2, but i want to see how everyone moved forward with their lives instead of more angst (bc we’ve got enough of that xD) i miss them a lot too
As someone who cared for a cousin with autism, I’d like to applaud this actor and shower him with flowers. My cousin was older and though he really got on our nerves from time to time, he somehow knew how to pass through our walls and make us feel better through tough times. Though this series has many amazing moments, this one is my absolute favorite.
What I really liked about this scene was the way MY cried. You can notice the difference when she was crying behind her door. She cried like a child here.
When she felt the warmth of having a family that genuinely accepted her for who she is led her to learn to let go even if it will hurt her so much. It taught her to ask forgiveness because for her she caused them pain for being the daughter of the person who killed their mom. The moment her character truly understand love. One of my favourite scenes 😌
Ep 14 left me emotionally drained with all those heart breaking scenes: -MGT wants a hug from MST at the stairs because he's scared. -MST feeding and wiping MY's tears while she keeps on apologizing. -MST accepted MY's apology even without knowing about it. -MY wants MGT to leave and protect his brother instead of her. - Director O apologizes to his son. -Jae Su's advice. -MY running hurriedly back to the castle barefooted because she knows MGT is in danger. But I shed a lot of tears in this scene specially MY's sobbing at 3:04. Her eyes are full of emotions while looking at MST- pain, guilt, sorrow, compassion.. name it! She deserves an award!
@@lilyheart8025 A lot of her scenes regarding her fathers honestly has so much pain behind it. Even without the tears and sobbing you can see that she's in so much pain. She loves her father and wanted his love. Although, the father loved her back he wasn't able to fully show that and protect her which ended up in her being left behind. Which, created this really sad relationship with one another. At first, thought the father always hated her but when I saw that scene with him reading the fairytale and before he died saying no don't kill/touch my daughter, it got me so emotional and conflicted with his character. So SADDDD!!!!!
throughout the two episodes, it was only THIS scene that made me cry. it’s so heart wrenching because one feels guilty while the other is unknowingly comforting. the pain moonyoung must’ve felt omg
Their relationship has to be the cutest and purest thing ever... i love how they really opened up their hearts for each other like my heart is just so so warm this scene really made me cryyy I just hope their relationship doesnt change gahh 😭😭😭
I was actually slightly scared that the writer would go in the direction of hating between the main characters and blaming each other ect. But I'm so happy they went into this direction instead.
this is an act un unconditional love from sangtae oppa. i bet munyeong never knew this kind of love all her life until now, the purest and rawest form of love from someone who's not related to her by blood. imagine how she felt knowing that she probably responsible for ruining the moon bros' life is simply heart shatteringly painful to watch. it's not your fault, baby... it's none of your fault :(((
Aww, ikr, I felt the same way too, I feel so bad for Moon young, she has to endure all this pain that her wicked mom left for her, and is making her feel sorry for herself, and it’s so sad to think that she’s related to a mother who was never But evil to her daughter and everyone and make her daughter blame herself for her wicked deed for killing the Moon brother’s mom, it’s honestly a hurting thing. 😭
and I can just imagine just how precious ST is actually to her. I mean ever since she said I want and older brother like you..her relationship with him has grown so much. Like the way she became so understanding and at the same time encouraging him to grow like learning how to create his own mood board, which would make him more sensitive to emotions of others and opening up to them instead of always just seeing GT emotions. I've honestly waited for a ST and MY moment, as new family to each other and bestfriends its amazing to see them build their own relationship seperate to GT.
@Michelle Martinez ikr, I’m so grateful for Sang tae for existing in this drama because without I’m in it, it would be so sad for everyone, cause he’s like a bundle of joy😭❤️
I never really leave comments on anything but Seo Yeji completely blew me away every single episode, she is just such an outstanding actress, I hope we'll get to see more of her. I'm obsessed with her lol.
They all have been sleeping on seo ye ji 's performance on "save me" they shud nt be sleeping on this as well! Daesang worthy performance from seo ye ji and jung se!
This has to be one of the iconic scenes in this drama. The emotions they've shown were natural and heartfelt. You can really feel the sibling love between them, event though they're not biologically related and not to mention how mature Sang Tae was when they were at their lowest.
I really can't imagine anyone playing Ko Mun Yeong other than Seo Yea Ji. She really was able to grasp the complexity of the character and play the role perfectly. Plus, her voice makes the icing on top! I really am rooting for this noona 💝💝
I know this is just acting but it made me cry, the way he treated her is so tender and soft like he's actually dealing with a kid 💗 i really love their acting it's so real
I heard that most of the Knetizens doesn't actually love or root for this drama at all. But I think this is the first k-drama that gave emphasis on how important it is to take care of our mental health and that emotional and mental breakdowns is completely alright when everything is bottled in one's heart. This drama is powerful and I appreciate this a lot.
@Auntie Jo I am well aware of that. However, it was a different story when the drama was aired. Most of the Knetz are not fond of the drama and the ratings was mostly because of international fans.
Ep 14 was savage. It had no chill with the feels. I was crying almost from start to finish. I barely breathed during this scene and the following one with the two brothers. Everything was just written so perfectly, even the minor characters.
I was bawling at this scene. They're like kids in this scene. Sang tae trying to cheer her up and Mun yeong was just dying on the inside. This was so well executed. She didn't wanna tell him that it was her mom that killed his mom and causing all the pain they went through but she didn't wanna turn him away either. I was like ugly crying.
This episode should’ve started with a warning! WARNING: Can cause dehydration from TEARS They all did amazing in this episode but my gurl Seo Ye Ji DELIVERED!!!! From the moment she said “leave” in this scene I felt her pain 😭😭😭
I watched many kdramas n cdramas but this drama actually really make me ‘feel’ so much! When they cry , they send the vibes to viewers to a point we can feel the sadness for real! Gosh that’s called INCREDIBLE ACTING! sometimes i like a drama because the story is good, but the acting just mediocre or great at best, but this drama is BLOWING ME with the acting of the actors n actresses, the story phase, the (many) messages , the smart plot, cinematography, etc~ kudos to the writer, the director, the actor n actresses, the cinematographer, editing team, and all the crews involved~ masterpiece right here
Gwyn Maritana yes i watched hi bye mama too, still this drama not only give sad feeling, i get a lot of emotions from here~ even funny one makes me giggly as if im the one being tickled there~ dunno if i describe it correctly tho~ i like hi bye mama too but i think this drama still holds the cake
This scene is the heaviest scene of the series. The innocence of sang tae and the guilt of moonyoung coupled with the fabulous acting made this scene so special. Moonyoung is so devastated knowing that her mother was the cause of all the troubles that sang tae had for his life while at the same time sang tae is innocently feeding her. Oofff
If seo ye ji dont get best actress award this time, I will lost all the trust on korean industry and their awards ! The way they were sleeping on her all those years broke my heart. What a scene..... I cried my eye balls out . Literally it can beat any emotional and deep scene of k drama ever been . SYJ crying like a baby and begging for forgiveness . Even tho she is not the one to blame for... Yet she is unable to forgive herself ! On the other hand , MST oppa is only focusing on her li'l sis and how to make her feel a little better . My heart can't take this much heartbreaks 💔😭 lemme cry for them so that they don't have to 😭
I agree with you. Seo Ye Ji is underrated in SK. She was nominated as best new actress only once. I saw her acting in her other dramas and she was really good, even better than mainstream actresses in SK, especially in ‘Save Me’ drama. It seems that popularity is one of their criteria to be nominated as best actress. Anyway, I am glad that she’s now getting the attention and praise she deserves. I think more than her pretty face, she wants her talent to be recognized too.
i’ve watched this scene plenty of times & i CRIED every single time. seo yeji & oh jung se’s acting skills are no joke!! really hoping IOTNBO bag all the awards next year because they truly deserve it!! love this drama so much 🥺
Cried buckets during this episode. This scene was too precious and heartbreaking. Dr. O told GT before that one day it will be ST that will help him. Here we are. ST is giving "siblings" the strength they need to fight for their love.
I know. The few days before he accepted Moon Young and also after he opened up and accepted her as family, you could says he has been the rock for the two of them. I mean even with the butterfly scene in the recent episodes, his attack only lasted for a very short while and even then as the end of the episode you can see that he has succeeded in drawing the butterfly. Not just that, he continued to be the rock for GT and MY in this episode. I feel so touched and emotional thinking about his growth. Such a big brother indeed!!!!
@@ulNag TVn doesn't hold annual award shows, the networks who do are KBS, MBC and SBS and IONTBO is a joint production between TVN and Netflix so she can't get a Daesang but best actress at the Baesksang awards next year which holds awards irrespective of the broadcasting station.
One of the best dramas I have ever watched. I truly fell in love with all the characters and thought that they were intelligently handled the whole way through. There was a personal connection too as I am familiar with psychiatric care, as both a patient and friend/family of patients. Truly love this show
Nakakaputangina naman. The trauma and the pain, all of that guilt, in her chest because of what happened. It was so shocking she blames herself for it. No wonder this scene just makes you breakdown and wanna hug her. Because you know for a fact that no one deserves that kind of pain. No one. This has to be my favourite show of all time.
Love Sang-tae oppa so so soooo much !! This actor is something outstanding. She is beautiful, Gang-tae is awesome but I mean, the way Sang-tae' s innocence touches your souls. That. That is mesmerising ~♡~
I cried in this scene and couldn't stop crying until the end of the episode. I felt the pain of Moon Young in my heart. Her facial expressions and her tears were so real. She is such a good actress. I haven't cried this hard in a drama for so long. We love u Ku Moon Young. 😔💕💕💕 I hope that it would be a happy ending.
This is one of the first k-drama I watched and this is the first scene in any movie/drama to get me crying so much. How can a scene be so beautiful AND heartbreaking😢.

I gotta tell you, this scene got me full goosebumps and is that one scene that is so touchable. I cry every time I rewatch it. Please let this scene get a full award! :)
I love how the character of MST developed. He became their strength they needed the most. This episode was really a heart wrenching plus the fact that it'll end in few more days. A happy ending please!
The fact that I didn't even watch this drama but still felt heartbroken shows that this scene really touches your heart. She felt genuinely bad and wanted to apologize and SangTae being the sweetheart he is forgave her~! He's such a kind soul, he deserves respect and nothing more~!
her character development is insane in here! same goes for the brothers! you should definitely give this show a shot. they all heal each other in different aspects! one of my fave kdrama of all time
