Dudeeeeee !!!! Print the films and print a shirt to see the final product, everything looks cool on a computer . Please include lpi, frequency, mesh count and what inks you use . This will provide a visual assurance that the separations actually work .
thankyou for the answer i have another one, i have corel essential painter 4 with a painted scanned image and now i have it in corel draw x6 its not in layers can i use the color separation studio to seperate colors?
Does the files have to be saved in an EPS format and opened in corel Draw or illustrator? Can I open a Photoshop file and save it back in a Photoshop file?
I have a red semi truck that needs to go on a safety green shirt is that possible or what is the easiest way to switch the colors to pantone since there is a million curves.. so frusterated
+Shawna Hopkins You can reference RBG and LAB colors are pantone colors using Photoshop color pallet and then set those in your separation studio color pallet.
I have some basic training in silkscreening but I'm still a novice to this but I want to start doing this as a hobbie as well as a small extra income what do u recommend me to start with?

Bud McGuire Everyone software has different features and functionality that appeal to different users in different ways. Photoshop plugins are a different take on the process, on thing I really like about Sep Studio is that it allows you to see true color representation. Thanks for sharing.
When I bring a PNG into Sep Studio I am getting a white outline around the image that does not exist in Illustrator or Photoshop. Is there an easy fix?
+Epoch Designs Office Manager I spoke with someone from our support department and they mentioned you called in today. Were you able to get the information you needed? Thanks for watching :)
leomar carreon If you are talking about Corel X5 then yes it does work with that, not sure about Corel Painter 15 however, it works best with new version of Corel and Adobe
Happy Friday, Rob! Simulated process is mostly done with plastisol, but there are some brave souls out there doing this with water based inks as well. So, not exclusive to either. Happy printing!
