The Klairs fudemental oil drop serum( Korean brand ) is somewhat similar to the Merritt . The Klairs is actually oil free but feels somewhat like oil and works pretty much the same and also has good ingredients, I have both and just now figured out they are almost the same but I think the Klairs may be alittle more light weight feeling. Always love ur recs but u always end up costing me more money 🤣

Love your recommendations! I use the huda corrector as well but always dot a tiny amount on and dot a little of the huda concealer next/on top of it. Helps keeping the makeup under my eyes light while still correcting the blueness.

Hi Blair! I use the same sunscreen as you do. Do you use the Merit primer on top of that before makeup? Wanted to try that primer but wasn’t sure where to add it in or if it would be weird over sunscreen.

Love your recommendations Blair! I picked up a couple of your suggestions today. I need to try the lip liner suggestions. Have you tried any of the Anastasia lipliners? Are they long lasting? I picked up one off of Allie Glines suggestion. But yeah Ethereal Eyes in coming home with me in the words of Blair. haha. :) Have a great weekend!!

Both the ND and the ABH formulas are my favorite! I personally think the ABH lasts just a tad longer on me, but I love them both. I have 4 different ABH and usually wear all over the lips with a balm on top. Both are 10/10!

I do like the ABH liners! I love Muted Mauve & Deep Taupe. I agree they’re also very long lasting. Similar to MAC pencils, but not as dry!

I’m also still obsessed with my ND Hyglam concealer. Definitely want to pick up the Ethereal Eyes by Make Up by Mario. I keep telling myself I don’t need it, but then I swatched the glitters in store and convinced myself that I do in fact need it 😂

Seeing you use the Patrick Ta blush brush and blush- it's like a light bulb went off in my head- I need that blush brush. I don't have a favorite blush brush at all yet. and guess what? They are sold out on Sephora but I found one in a store near me in Raleigh 🥰 I'm so freaking excited for it! I'm also picking up She's That Girl. So happy with your description of that color, that's exactly the kind of color I was looking for 🤩

Thanks for all the recs. I wanted to say that as a light skinned African American, I bought the westman atelier contour stick in truffle and it barely showed up on my skin so I had to return it. Truffle is the darkest shade. This was maybe a year ago and I’ve been checking back periodically to see if there’s been any more additions which there hasn’t. Just super disappointing that the brand hasn’t picked up on this 😙

Love the MBM skin enhancer. It’s hard to describe. It’s like a super natural looking bronze, like it’s really your skin. Yet it’s pigmented and noticeable like it’s not so natural that you don’t see it.

I’m not a huge fan of the Dior concealer, it was drying on me and didn’t give great coverage. Natasha is what I wanted the Dior concealer to be lol Haus is more similar to Nars, but more hydrating & slightly more coverage 😊

Tarte timeless primer. I was turned onto that a couple years ago through Mel Thompson’s videos. I use it on my nose where I have large noticeable pores. It’s definitely a spot treatment not to smear all over your face because she will run out a product way to quickly. It is fantastic. It is the best on the market, and I have tried all the poor filling primers. .. Thank you for reminding me of the sale because I am going to pick up a backup. If Tarte ever got rid of that product, it would be a travesty …truly

I haven’t noticed that, but I don’t have oily skin. I typically make sure I set with a good bit of powder when I use it though

Just a warning about the Westman Atelier Peau de Rose Superloaded highlight - unlike Peau de Peache, Peau de Rose has some micro glitter. It’s still really beautiful but the glitter takes it down a notch for me. Peau de Sante is a really pretty pinky/peach but not available at Sephora unfortunately. Also - hope you’re feeling a little better. ❤
