Seplos DIY Program aimed at providing professional, safer, and easy operation home energy storage DIY kits services. In this program, Seplos offers battery pack designing, Kits supplying and battery pack factory establishing services.
Regarding this program, Seplos designed the MASON-6.9KWh using 3.2V 135Ah LiFePO4 cells and 16S 48V 100A BMS. And MASON-9.8KWh using 3.2V 206Ah LiFePO4 cells and 15S 48V 100A BMS.

You have a great battery but I wish you used posts on the outside as you have it on the inside. You would have a better connection to the outside terminals.

Well detailed videos, for the external switch on the BMS PCB, please provided details on, can I used it to power on the BMS instead of the reset button, can I used a push button switched, if yes what is specification of the JST connector for the switch

excellent job. Two questions. Are there any problems with heating? Second question, is there low/high temperature cutoffs? Thanks, Doug

1. Heating is not a problem when using at the specified temperature range. The temperature rise is within the normal range as we tested. But for the extreme environment that is out of the range, this battery pack is not suitable. 2. There are low/high temperature cutoff functions. And the cutoff threshold of cell temperature, ambient temperature, and BMS temperature are different, which you can check on the BMS specification. Should work with inverter to realize this function. And this pack would communicate with Growatt/SMA/DEYE/Victron/Goodwe/luxpower etc., through CAN BUS.

Hi Roberto Trinanes, you've mentioned a great point. This is just what we're considering when designing as well. Since the creep distance between cell and the cover within safe range. We cancel the insulation cover.

where is the PUSUNG kit ? this kit is not stackable, the pusung kit has 2 positive and 2 negative connectors, not this one ?

In another video, it's was 16 cells 51.2v (135ah), but this has 15 cells 48v, what's the reason for the difference?

@nitrous dude Thanks for your interests. The 9.8KWh is out of stock now. And for the top cover, there is insulation sheet. I will post a sample picture in the community later.
