Lithium-ion batteries are becoming a way of life, which gradually replace the essential application of lead-acid batteries for electric vehicles, energy storage, and automobile, etc,. However, having been engaged in the lithium-ion battery industry for a long time, and hearing the terrible news of explosion and fire that caused by lithium-ion batteries randomly, Seplos technology fully realizes the safety concerns of lithium-ion battery application. Therefore, Seplos chooses lithium iron phosphate, which proves to be one of the safest chemistry of all lithium-ion batteries at present, to develop our product line.
With the principle of 'Safety Above All', Seplos dedicated to providing top-quality energy storage battery packs. To achieve this goal, Seplos gathers a team of professional engineers, optimizes our supply chain, and develops regional agencies to provide prompt services at the same time.
This design does not compress the battery cells as required by 300 kg according to the datasheet. Because the back wall has a window 00:16, into which the middle of the batteries will be squeezed out. It was worth placing a partition between the 2 rows of batteries for better heat dissipation. On the top pressure plate, the stiffening ribs had to be extended to the edges to ensure that the plate was stiff enough to allow compression of the batteries. I'm ready to help you with design, it looks like you don't have good engineers :)
15:30 wow he’s really struggling to get them screws in (looks like using PH2 driver and should have used a PH3 instead) also the 280l new version Don’t use the plastic as they will damage the battery, use full pice of foam on the battery only.
I was hoping to opt for a purchase of several pcs seplos but after my bad experience with 6 pcs pre-assembled mason 280A with an incredible imbalance in their cells, the active balancer seemed like a solution, but it seems that it is better to opt for companies with jk like ELL battery.
Hi seplos, good idea with the video signpost 🤗👍. It's a good reminder👍 Unfortunately too late for me 😵💫😭. Unfortunately I walked past, there was so much going on 😱. Next time, I'll make it to visit you🌞😄💫
on grid bzw. off grid ist Deine Entscheidung, mit 20kWh auf dem Dach und dem 70kWh Speicher wäre es zu wagen off grid zu fahren, aber für Dez und Jan muß noch eine andere Quelle her, Generator oder Netz
WARNING: in germany we got a warning from EVE that their cells have never been designed to be used this way in such horizontal position. Our insurance is not willing to pay in case of any damage due to the warning by eve which has been made public in germany. AND: the capacity will decrease, the cycles too and the cell manufacturer has not to fullfill any warranty claims since they describe in their 20 page manual (EVE LF280K) that these cells should be used upright only as the demonstrations shows that. Be carefull cause here houses have been exploded and burned to the ground by LFP batteries and SEPLOS has no permit from EVE to use the cells this way. We got no paper or warning that the LFP cells and their blown / fuse needs to be upright and therefore seplos is violating the recomanded cell postion.
Ok, video of assembly and music, nothing to learn or gain and to be honest, they looked like normal Lithium batterires. The BMS looks like a Smart-BMS but missing heatsink on FET's on the terminal side.
Ok... It's sodium cells... But that's all, your BMS can't works at 100% with sodium cells, because of voltage working cells is between 1.5v to 4v. You're just lucky that 220Ah sodium cells are the same size a LFP 280/306Ah cells, but can't use more than 70% of the sodium capacity with this BMS, it's a shame...
@@euverado4711 I didn't know you had SIB BMS who can works with SIB voltage, ok, maybe i trust you. But Most of inverters can't work too with SIB voltage, unfortunatly.
@@euverado4711das sieht aus wie das alte 2.9er bms bei dem noch positiv getrennt wurde, anstelle des negativ Polen, eie bei anderen bms.... was ist ein sib bms bitte?
hi, if you want to know more information about sodium-ion batteries, you can contact sales@seplos.com, later our company professional will contact you soon.
THIS VERSION IS CRAP cause the cells you have recommanded to use are NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED IN THIS WHOLE CASE AND POSITION EVE WARNED ME WITH THESE LINES, my HOUSE INSURANCE is not willing to insure the risks of your crappy battery design. EVE has written this and we also got warnings regarding the valve cause in this position they will be fully covered with electrolyte and add another risk in case things go wrong cause the electrolyte will damage the floor instantly when it will leak out. "In the LF280K datasheet I sent, there is a schematic for the mounting jig. We recommend upright placement for the following reasons: #1 other directions will affect the cycling performance of the core. #2 For LFP cells, other directions will lead to uneven distribution of electrolyte, which will affect the performance of the cells. " I am disappointed over and over again cause #1 a manual is fully missing #2 epoxy sheets were missing too and what not . I have paiid the full price, but dealer said he had no spare parts and you did not react nor deliver the missing parts since November.
When will you stop selling the Seplos Mason uprigt Tower M280L-A or how it is called ? Ours has arrived from a domestic dealer and parts were missing, luckily, cause meanwhile EVE has warned us to use their cells in this horizontal configuration. The security / pressure valve has to be on top for safety reasons Then the capacity will be lower cause less active cell material can be used if they lay flat Finally the cycles will decrease. Here the insurances will not allow such crap cell tower with this warning from EVE. I can not install it and this will be the same across the whole EU Why have you fooled the people, why didn't you ask EVE for permission and recommanded EVE LF280K if those are not allowed ? Here is the EVE manufacturer statement: In the LF280K datasheet I sent, there is a schematic for the mounting jig. We recommend upright placement for the following reasons: #1 other directions will affect the cycling performance of the core. #2 For LFP cells, other directions will lead to uneven distribution of electrolyte, which will affect the performance of the cells. You cell tower is crap ! Stop selling it without talking about the truth and risks that these will be not allowed here in the EU cause no insurance wants to cover a battery which abuses the cells.
hi,if you have any questions about our Seplos product, you can contact sales@seplos.com.We will make corresponding solutions to your product situation.
Thanks for the info. I also have a Seplos Tower. Do you have a link to the warning about putting the lifepo batteries in a tower? I've had my Eve 304 ah batteries in the tower for 4 plus months with no problems, but if they are expected to go bad, I need to do something.
Never buy products from china! All fake! Garbage! China seeler stole me, cheates me! All fake batteries! Buy verified e certified assembled by us or eu companies! China is being banned in eu and us because of they honesty!😂
@Seplos Technology genau das was ich gesucht habe. Ich habe schon 280AH EVE Zellen, passen die in das Gehäuse? Könnten Sie mir bitte ein Angebot machen?
