I‘m now in interview process for Ads growth manager L4, but I want to try asking for L5, cuz I'm 10 YOE, and my compensation right now is ~20% higher than L4 total comp per HR info. Will there be any chance I get interviewed to match L5 for the sale role? Will there be additional RSU grant every year? Thanks!
@tinayue-jl7rm, it will be hard to get up-leveled from an L4 to L5 during the process, but it is possible. Total compensation should me much higher than the publicized base salary range. If they have given you a hint at total compensation, yes, Refreshers will be given every year to bring your comp up year over year. GOOD LUCK!!!
