The 2022 US Open runs from August 23 - September 11 in New York City at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. The tournament takes place for the 142nd time and is the fourth and final Grand Slam of the year. Daniil Medvedev is the men’s singles reigning champion and Emma Raducanu is the women’s singles reigning champion. The fact that Serena still play like this at 40 is amazing. GOAT. 🐐 Although you can see clearly her movements wasn't as solid as in her prime (even before giving birth). Regardless I doubt we will see another player as dominant as Serena in the next 2 decades. ☹

One thing I’ve noticed is that women tennis players generally turn pro earlier than men because they mature sooner like the Williams sisters did it turned pro at 14, wow, I was only 5’2” tall at 14 LOL.
