I did 100 rep bicep curls random weights for warm ups and then did the gauntlet did i 100 random triceps then the gauntlet. I still cant feel my arms that was 3 days ago 600 reps. CT your workouts are the best. Much respect to you, your gym, and your staff for motivating people like me to say fuck being average. #ISYMFS. Thank you CT.
