can confirm, i got my loan sanctioned for australia and it took 3 goddamn months for the same. after that, they told me about the margin money (which they didn’t bother to talk about at the time of application). eventually, i had no option but to let go of my application to the university because of the time they wasted.

Hello mam. Need immediate help. I'm facing many difficulties for getting an education loan and trying since nov'23. I've applied in sbi via vidyalaxmi portal then they said apply from jan samarth, and i applied from jan samarth as well, meet all the required documents and father as co-applicant but they rejected my file. Then i directly applied to credila by changing my co-applicant from father to brother, they also rejected my file by saying not meeting the norms. I registered for a call from your website and still not get any response. Kindly help me in this.

No some branch manager know this and they tell us in starting I got sanction letter but the university of western Australia denied this loan idk why but some universities are not accepting unsecured loan of 40 lacs so please make sure whenever you take loan from ubi then take it with collateral otherwise you will waste money and time as universities are not accepting unsecured loan because of this I'm 1month late for university Because I have to arrange another loan and canceled ubi loan

I have taken the Union Bank Premier University loan and currently studying in Australia. The same happened with me when I asked them to pay my fees they said the fees will be disbursed only after getting the visa. Currently I am paying 17.53% as a margin money. 😢

If you guys can assure me that transferring my loan would decrease my margin significantly then i would definitely go with you guyz keeping in mind that i won't be paying anything before my degree+ moratorium period. Also i got many other friends who have taken the same loan with higher margin then mine. So, if i got proper support i would refer you guyz later on.
